Composting is currently one of the most important and effective way to agricultural waste disposal,it can reduce environment pollution and use full of nutrients.In our country,the current way of most compost is relatively straightforward and not easy to manage,which polluting the environment and causing the compost product quality not high.So,it should build a monitoring system of the compost process to observe the status of compost in a real time,while there lack of many parameters online detection and process optimization in the process of practical,having the problem of high cost of related equipment,high energy consumption,poor stability and reliability,low degree of intelligence.This paper analyzed the change of key parameters in composting process and monitoring requirements,build overall architecture of aerobic compost monitoring system,selected sensors,designed sensor circuit to collect composting data.In this system,it can transmit the value of composting temperature and humidity,oxygen,carbon dioxide,composting release gas to the PC through radio frequency in real time.It can also preprocess the collected data,finish the fusion of compost parameters,realize the prediction of compost.The topic designed sensors monitoring to meet the development way of intelligent,wireless miniaturization and unmanned surveillance,provided the technical support for the intelligent measurement of compost on research and development.The topic can also provide a new thought for composting state of using the data fusion technology into condition forecasting.On the system hardware design,STM32ZGT6 is the main control chip,its external has temperature and humidity sensor,O2 sensor,CO2 sensor to monitor the pile body,while uses the analog circuit control chip LMP91000 to design the condition circuit of small signal for NH3 and H2 S.The W25Q128 helps complete the data storage,while the APC240 sets transmiting in 433 MHz.It can reduce power consumption by using XC8102 as the switch of sensor.On the software design,the paper completed the communication between the main control chip and each sensor and designed a GUI data acquisition interface.On the information processing,the paper pretreated and filtered for the raw data,designed the BP artificial neural network,realized the prediction of the compost.Finally,the paper calibrated the zero drift and sensitivity of the electrochemical sensor in the system,improving the precision of the system.Test was carried out on the entirety design completely,concluded that the monitoring system realized basic function and the tested data is of high precision,strong stability and well reliability meeting the needs of the compost parameters monitoring.The test result in the data section shows a good prediction,which realizes the intelligent of compsting process.
