The consistency of the battery pole piece directly determines the battery utilization efficiency,and an important part of the battery pole piece production process is the rolling of the pole piece roller.In order to improve the working efficiency of the pole piece rolling mill,reduce the maintenance cost and improve the pole piece rolling quality,it usually use vibration analysis to monitor.Aiming at the weak and complicated vibration signal of pole mill,this paper designs a vibration analysis system aimed at the main body of pole mill,collecting the vibration signal of mill body in no-load,load and fault modes.After the on-line analysis,various vibration characteristics of rolling mill are extracted.Through the experiment,it is found that the designed vibration characteristic analysis system can identify weak faults and mill characteristics of pole rolling mill.This paper researches mainly from the following aspects:Based on the current situation and trend of development of rolling mill vibration analysis system at home and abroad,the current technical measures are summarized.Besides,on account of experiments on the spot,the vibration dynamics model is implemented and vibration features of the rolling mill are calculated according to the field experimental rolling mill.Based on this index,the vibration analysis system is researched.From a variety of options,we choose coexist system with reliable collection and multiple signal analysis means.Firstly,the type and parameters of the sensor are analyzed and the suitable sensor is selected.The amplifier is selected according to the performance parameters of the amplifier,and then multiple technical means are adopted to amplify and reduce the noise,such as the low-noise multistage amplification,the IEPE constant-current source current enhancement,multi-stage low-frequency filtering and others.Finally through the establishment of noise model,we analyze the circuit board performance.And through the magnification,ripple and noise amplification,we analyze circuit conditioning to meet the system requirements.Next,through the EEMD and adaptive filtering method,the signal is filtered and pretreated,and the vibration fault signal of the bearing is simulated to verify the validity of the method.In order to extract the digital signal of the variable parameters of the vibration signal in the specific frequency band,and in the process of extraction,many methods such as time-domain,fractional Fourier transform and multi-wavelet transform are adopted.Finally,the mixed algorithm is encapsulated and applied to the system after encapsulation,and human-computer interaction design is completed.In view of the establishment of the 700 mm roll mill experimental system,and aiming at different test sites to choose to install different types of sensors,the first test of rolling mill vibration at no load is to analyze the impact of speed changes on the overall rolling,and then choose different rolling pressure.In order to study the influence of the roller on the pole piece,the roller with different degrees of wear is used to work.Finally,the man-made fault of the gearbox and the mounting shaft is identified and tested.As a result,it was found that the above conditions can be identified and finally the system accuracy can be verified by the kurtosis value of the fault state.
