Hypochlorous acid(HClO)/hypochlorite(ClO~-)is an important biological reactive oxygen species(ROS),which plays an important role in a variety of life activities.In addition,it also has a wide range of applications in industrial production,such as bleaching of pulp in the paper industry and disinfectant in daily life.Because it is widely used in production and life,and at the same time,it will cause human disease when excessive presence in human body or excessive inhalation in life,so the detection of hypochlorite in organisms and environment has become an important work.In recent years,organic small molecule probes have attracted extensive attention from researchers because of their advantages of rapidity,specificity,low detection limit and simple preparation.In recent years,it has been reported that hypochlorite can be detected by a variety of fluorescent probes.However,most of them have such disadvantages as large self-interference,narrow linear range and long reaction time.In order to overcome these shortcomings,we developed a new type of reactive hypochlorite organic small molecule fluorescent probe based on acylhydrazone bond.The main contents of the paper are as follows:1.The small molecule fluorescent probe for hypochlorite was summarized,and its research background was introduced,including the significance and method of detecting hypochlorite,the type of recognition group and its application in biofluorescence sensing and environmental detection.2.Two kinds of small molecule fluorescent probes for hypochlorite of the same type were designed and synthesized,and the synthesis process was described in detail.The intermediate and final products were characterized by ~1H NMR and LC-MS.3.The detection conditions of two small molecular fluorescent probes for hypochlorite were optimized,and their detection mechanism was analyzed by using LC-MS.They were used to detect hypochlorite in environmental water and tap water.The reliability and practicability of this method are proved.
