Cornstalks are a valuable lignocellulose resource, which are difficult to degrade under natural conditions, and are usually degraded by thermochemical methods.Conventional thermochemical treatment methods include combustion, pyrolysis, gasification and direct liquefaction. The liquefaction treatment can be carried out under relatively mild conditions, and non-drying materials can be used directly, requiring less equipment investment and energy consumption. At present, thermal liquefaction has become one of the important ways to treat cornstalks. In this paper,sub-critical water technology is used to liquefy cornstalk. The composition of C-WSP is analyzed by GC-MS and the antifungal activity of C-WSP in vitro and antioxidant activity of C-WSP were studied.,which provided a certain experimental basis for the development of new natural fungicides and antioxidants. The main research contents and results are shown as follows:1.Study on the liquefaction of cornstalks with sub-critical water.By sub-critical water technology, cornstalks were liquefied in a 1 L high-temperature and high-pressure reaction kettle.Five C-WSPs were prepared at a processing temperature from 190?to 270??final pressure from 2.7 MPa to 10.0 MPa?.C-WSP was extracted with ethyl acetate. The compounds detected by GC-MS in WSPs were classified into seven groups, namely, phenols, ketones, alcohols, esters, organic acids, aldehydes, and other organic compounds, such as nitrogen-and sulfur-containing compounds, furan compounds, and benzene compounds.2.Study on the antifungal activity of C-WSP in vitro. The antifungal activity of C-WSPs prepared under different temperatures against Fusarium oxysporum was explored using the poisoning medium method. The results showed that the C-WSPs had various degrees of antifungal activity, and the antifungal activity of the samples increased with the increase of the treatment temperature,of which C-WSP-270 had the greatest potential for controlling F.oxysporum.Under a biomicroscope, the morphological characteristics of mycelia treated with C-WSP-270 for 18 h were observed, and C-WSP-270-treated F.oxysporum showed a deformed hypha and an increased number of bifurcations.3.Study on the antioxidant activity of C-WSP.The DPPH method,ABTS method,FRAP method and molybdenum phosphate method were used to evaluate the antioxidant activity of C-WSP at different treatment temperature conditions. The experimental results show that C-WSP prepared under different temperature conditions has certain scavenging ability to DPPH and ABTS radicals, and also has different degrees of reducing ability to Fe3+and Mo6+.
