With the rapid development of global economy and science and technology, the pressure of energy supply is increasing, and facing the pressure of greenhouse gas emission reduction and serious environmental pollution problems, which have seriously affected the sustainable development of human beings,so the energy transformation is imminent. With the development of society and the improvement of human environmental protection awareness, the proportion of renewable energy in the use of energy is higher and higher.Among them, renewable hydrogen energy becomes the hot spot of new energy because of its richer, greener and lower-carbon characteristics, and it is also the focus of future energy system. Therefore, under the background of modern endogenous growth theory, this paper establishes a new endogenous growth model to study the possibility of converting the abandoned wind, light and water in renewable energy to renewable hydrogen energy, and calls this part of hydrogen energy as renewable energy driving hydrogen energy,or renewable hydrogen energy for short. This paper carries out a equilibrium research through numerical simulation under the two systems of open access and full property rights to analyze the internal relationship between expenditure and production efficiency, and summarizes the production efficiency effect and access effect of renewable energy driving hydrogen energy, which are collectively referred to as regeneration effect. In addition, based on the existing research, this paper theoretically analyzes the relationship between energy, environment and economic growth.First of all,on the basis of the modern endogenous growth theory, this paper constructs a new endogenous growth model of renewable hydrogen energy under green and low-carbon behavior. The green and low-carbon behavior here mainly refers to the conversion of abandoned wind, light and water from renewable energy into renewable hydrogen energy,so as to improve the utilization efficiency of renewable energy. The hydrogen economy system considered in this paper consists of production function, existing enterprises in manufacturing industry, entrants in manufacturing industry and family behavior. In the model, renewable energy andrenewable hydrogen energy are introduced into the production function as endogenous factors, and are independent in the subsequent study.According to the characteristics of general equilibrium, this paper theoretically calculates the equilibrium results of renewable energy and renewable hydrogen energy under the two systems of open access and full property rights, and obtains the parameters that affect expenditure. Then the production expenditure and equilibrium results of renewable energy and renewable hydrogen energy under the two different systems are compared and analyzed by numerical simulation, and the final results are summarized as regeneration effect. In addition, this paper introduces the environmental factors and consumption factors into the production function and utility function respectively and reconstructs a new endogenous growth model with environmental pollution constraints on the basis of the new endogenous growth model. Then this paper obtains the optimal economic growth rate of each parameter and the critical conditions for realizing the positive economic growth through the optimization theory and Hamiltonian function, and analyze the influence of each parameter on the optimal economic growth rate through comparative static analysis. Finally,by analyzing the optimal growth path of the model, the internal relationship among energy, environment and sustainable economic development is discussed.
