The steel structure is a structure made of steel materials,mainly composed of beam steel,steel column,steel truss and other members made of section steel,sheet steel,tube steel and wire steel.Because of its own good mechanical strength and fast assembly and construction capabilities,it is widely used in equipment manufacturing,industrial construction civil equipment and other fields.However,in some application scenarios,there is a disconnection of information from the production of the steel structure to the assembly of the steel structure.On-site assembly workers often lack professional knowledge support,which leads to frequent assembly accidents such as missing assembly and wrong assembly at the remote assembly site,which affects the smooth implementation of structural engineering and delivery on time.In view of this,this paper proposes a steel structure intelligent assembly auxiliary system based on two-dimensional code identification.Through two-dimensional code identification technology and Internet technology,it provides assembly information services for onsite assembly workers.The main research contents of the thesis are organized as follows:Firstly,based on the analysis of the problems that occurred in the assembly process of large steel structure parts,based on the assembly process flow,combined with the assembly characteristics of large steel structure parts,the functional requirements for remote intelligent assembly of large steel structure parts were determined,and then the identification based on two-dimensional code was completed.The overall architecture design of the intelligent assembly auxiliary system includes two parts: remote assembly data support system and front-end handheld PDA system.Secondly,the work flow of identifying the steel structure parts by the QR code is analyzed,the corresponding mathematical model is established for the problem of the distortion identification of the QR code of the cylindrical parts,and the positioning is designed for the deformation characteristics of the QR code of the surface parts Algorithm,and use camera calibration and other algorithms to correct the distortion of the two-dimensional code,and realize the correction and recognition of the twodimensional code of parts with a certain radius of curvature.Finally,the design and development of the back-end service system and the frontend PDA system were completed.After functional process testing,the effectiveness of the overall system was shown.The intelligent assembly auxiliary system for steel structural parts implemented in this thesis uses two-dimensional codes to mark the parts.Based on the secondary development of SolidWorks software,the management of three-dimensional model drawings and technical files is realized.The QR code marked on the parts are scanned by mobile PDA devices.Then remote services parses the scan code data and pushes auxiliary assembly information to realize the remote visualization of assembly data,and provide knowledge support for on-site assembly personnel.The research content of this thesis has important application value for steel structure engineering.On the other hand,it has certain reference significance for remote assembly technical support in other industries.
