Research On Improvement Of Safety Cost Management Of LD Coal Mine Enterprise

With the rapid development of the economy,the production capacity of coal mines in China continues to grow,but at the same time,the safety production situation of coal mine enterprises is very serious.Coal mine safety accidents occur frequently,and serious safety accidents occur from time to time.A very important reason for this phenomenon is that coal mine enterprises have insufficient understanding of safety cost management,less investment,unreasonable input structure,and inadequate safety cost management.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the safety cost management of coal mine enterprises.Based on a systematic review of the connotation and extension of safety cost management,the methods of safety cost management and the influencing factors,this paper applies the safety cost management maximization and the whole process safety management theory to the safety cost management of 1d coal mine enterprises.Institution,structure and status quo,through investigation,analysis and research,the main problems in the safety cost management of 1d coal mine enterprises include:large changes in annual investment,insufficient extraction of safety production costs,low efficiency of safety cost management,and low quality of employees.The causes of these problems include:supervision and crisis events leading to phased changes in inputs,insufficient investment in safety costs,lack of specialized operational techniques,inadequate management mechanisms,and improved quality of staff.On this basis,the following targeted suggestions are proposed:one is to stabilize the annual safety cost input and prevent abnormal lifting;the second is to optimize the safety cost input structure,to allocate funds scientifically and balancedly;the third is to improve the efficiency of safety cost management;The safety cost management process must strengthen training and effectively improve the quality of employees.These countermeasures have certain reference significance for improving the safety cost management of 1d coal mine enterprises,reducing the probability of coal mine enterprises causing safety accidents,and enabling coal mine enterprises to develop in a benign manner.
