In order to improve the welding efficiency of the water filter screen,reduce the welding cost,and realize the automatic welding of the filter,this thesis designs and develops a filter welding machine by digital design technology.The main contents of this thesis is as follows:(1)The research status of automatic welding machine,welding method and digital design technology are expounded.Through the introduction of the filter and welding requirements,it is determined that the continuous rectangular ring of the wound stainless steel wire is welded to the central steel pipe by laser welding,and the maximum outer circumference of the continuous rectangular ring of the welded stainless steel wire is micro-beam plasma welded.A spiral outer winding of stainless steel wire is welded at the midpoint;the welding process route is designed,and the working principle of the filter welding machine is explained.(2)According to the structural characteristics of the water filter screen,the welding method of the filter screen and the requirements of the welding process,a filter welding machine structure consisting of a laser welding system,a micro-beam plasma welding system,a control system and a welding machine base is proposed;The design calculation and the three-dimensional modeling of the laser welding system and the micro-plasma plasma welder system were carried out.As well as the structural design and finite element analysis of the welding machine base frame also have been reveled in this thesis.(3)The kinematics model of the mesh welding machine is established based on the method of mechanism and homogeneous coordinate transformation;At the same time,it began to implement respectively that kinematics simulation analysis of the laser welding system and the micro-beam plasma welding system of the filter welding machine by using SolidWorks and ADAMS software,which verified the correctness of the movement of the filter welder;Through the calculation and analysis of the position error of the screen welding machine,it is verified that the positional accuracy of the screen welding machine meets the welding requirements;Calculated the welding efficiency of the screen welding machine,The time to weld a water filter screen is about 33.7min.(4)An overview of the cuckoo search algorithm theory;The thesis analyzed the type and constraints of the load on the structural support and the frame structure support,and established a mathematical model of the plate structure and frame structure support;The cuckoo search algorithm was used to optimize the support of the two structures.The mechanical analysis of the two models was carried out by using ABAQUS.Under the requirements of strength and stiffness,the frame support with lighter weight was selected.In summary,this thesis designs and develops a mesh welding machine based on the digital design method.And the kinematics simulation is used to verify the accuracy of the welding motion.In the end,cuckoo search algorithm is used to improve a lighter frame structure support.It is expected that the design of the filter welding machine will have important reference and guiding role for the development of similar welding machines.
