With the improvement of the level of fracturing technology and the large-scale development of oil and gas wells,low-power fracturing pumps have been phased out.High power,ultra high pressure,large displacement and intelligence have become the main features of fracturing trucks at home and abroad.When these conditions are met,the heat dissipation of the fracturing truck also increases accordingly.The radiator is the core of the fracturing truck cooling system,and its performance directly affects whether the fracturing truck can run normally.At present,domestic and foreign scholars have less research on the heat dissipation system of fracturing trucks.Through the research and analysis of the radiator of the fracturing trucks,this paper designs the parametric of the radiator in the heat dissipation system and analyzes the heat transfer characteristics and resistance characteristics of gas-liquid plate-fin radiators and gas-liquid tube-fin radiators.Then,build the whole cooling system's mathematical model.Based on the components of the heat dissipation system in the fracturing truck and the radiators'structural features.Besides,building the geometric models of the hydraulic oil radiator,lubricating oil radiator,transmission tank radiator,fuel oil radiator,intercooler radiator and the engine radiator.Based on the engineering heat transfer theory,the article mainly analyzes the heat transfer on the air side of the radiators.According to the computational fluid dynamics?CFD?method coupling technique,using the FLUENT and choosing the appropriate thermal fluid-solid coupling method simulates all the models.The RNG k-?model is applied to air flow paths of the plate-fin oil radiators.The realizable k-?model is applied to air flow paths of the tube-type water radiators.Through these simulations,analyzing the impact of some factors on the heat transfer factor j and the resistance factor f of the fins,which include the inlet velocity,fins pitch,fins thickness and so on.After that,draw into the comprehensive factor j/f1/3 to measure the performance of the fins.MATLAB is used to calculate the difference data obtained from FLUENT.After that,selecting the best structure parameters,polynomial Solution is applied to solving the fitting curve.The function of pressure drop and heat transfer coefficient of each radiator air side flow path fins can be obtain.Then choosing the best parameters to improve the efficiency of the whole cooling system.Based on the optimization parameters of the two radiators,analyzing transfer process of the whole cooling system of fracturing truck.The plate-fin oil radiators and water radiators are arranged in series,the influence of the installation spacing on the heat dissipation efficiency is analyzed.Then,the best parameters can be obtained.The results of the paper study indicate that the fins performance evaluation standard shows a quadratic polynomial change with respect to the fins pitch.For the fins thickness,it decreases with the increase of the fins thickness,and the heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop of the radiators are both increasing with the increase of the Reynolds number.When the fins pitch are 2.8mm,thickness are 0.2mm,separator spacing are 15mm,the heat dissipation efficiency of plate-fin type flat fins is the best.When the water pipes are in the fork,the heat sinks pitch are 2.22mm,thickness are 0.2mm,the longitudinal pipes spacing are 14.7mm and the lateral pipes spacing are 7.5mm,tube radiator has the best heat dissipation effect.When the two radiators are analyzed as a whole,discrete simulation of two-layer modules between three-layer cooling modules.It can be obtained that within the installation size range,the larger the installation pitch,the higher the heat dissipation efficiency.Design the heat dissipation system according to the parameters of the heat fins selected and the installation size parameters above.The heat transfer efficiency of cooling system is the best.therefore,with the improvement of the heat transfer efficiency,the energy consumption of the fracturing trucks will also decrease.
