China is in a stage of rapid economic growth,with the rapid development of construction,urban transportation and industry,the total amount of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases emitted by human beings into the atmosphere increases year by year,resulting in global temperature rise,climate warming and other environmental problems,those problem have obviously threatened the survival and development of mankind.According to the assessment report of IPCC,90% of global warming is likely caused by greenhouse gas emissions,especially the sharp increase of carbon dioxide emissions.In recent years,meteorological experts and medical experts have pointed out that Haze weather also due to the increasing carbon emissions.As for the study on the main factors affecting carbon emissions,the prediction of carbon emission trend and the analysis of the status quo of high carbon emission industry are more meaningful.This paper sorts out and analyzes relevant literatures at home and abroad from the aspects of carbon emission factor research,the top-down calculation method and the processed direct carbon emission coefficient were used to calculate the carbon emissions of Shanxi province from 2005 to 2015,and analyze the change trend of total carbon emissions in recent years.The attribute reduction thought of rough set is used to reduce and extract the main influencing factors of carbon emission,so as to construct the prediction index system.Finally,Shaanxi province carbon emissions is predicted by using the index system combined with the BP neural network model.At the same time,a selection index system is constructed to select Shaanxi province industries with high carbon emissions.In addition,a complete carbon emission analysis framework is constructed based on the input-output theory to calculate the direct carbon emission coefficient,complete carbon emission coefficient and the carbon emission proportion of each link of industries with high carbon emissions.The high carbon emission industries was ranked from the perspectives of implicit carbon emission,household consumption carbon emission,government consumption carbon emission,investment carbon emission,and import and export carbon emission,so as to obtain the carbon pattern distribution of high carbon emission industries in Shanxi province.In view of the carbon emission consumption and total proportion of each link,combined with the development status of Shanxi province,a reasonable analysis is made and the key industries,links and groups that should be paid attention to in the process of carbon emission reduction are proposed,and provide assistance for the formulation of carbon emission reduction policies in shaanxi province.
