With the development of science and technology,many fields such as aerospace,nuclear engineering as well as other energy factories,so it is necessary to produce highefficiency,green and versatile high-temperature adhesives Therefore,research on high adhesives for bonding high-temperature alloy(superalloy)working above 700°C is still in the blank,mainly because most organic adhesives will fail at 700°C and can't be used for bonding metals.While the thermal expansion capacity of inorganic component in the inorganic and composite adhesives is different with metal,and it will cause the mismatch of thermal expansion,so such these adhesives can't be directly used for bonding metal above 700°C.Therefore,based on the research of adhesives for bonding high-temperature resistant ceramics,this paper research the high-temperature resistant adhesives for bonding metal.The main contents are as follows:(1)With polymethylsiloxane as the matrix,preparing the MgO-modified silicone resinbased composite adhesive.After cured at 200°C,the ceramization of the adhesive can enhance the strength of the adhesive after heat treatment in Air atmosphere,and the excellent chemical stability of MgO can improve the thermal expansion property of the adhesive.The adhesive can withstand a high temperature of 900°C,its strength is 17.2 MPa,and the strength reaches the highest 20.3 MPa at 800°C.The strength maintained above 14.3 MPa in the whole temperature range.In the high temperature test under Air atmosphere,the strength can maintained above 14.0 MPa below 800°C.After heat treatment in Ar atmosphere,the strength of the adhesive mainly account for the formation of SiC.The adhesive can withstand a high temperature of 800°C,and its strength is higher than 13.8 MPa in the whole temperature range.(2)With polymethylsiloxane as the matrix,preparing the Ni-modified silicone resinbased composite adhesive.After cured at 200°C,the ceramization of the adhesive can enhance the strength of the adhesive after heat treatment in Air atmosphere,and the formation of the Ni-based intermetallic compound can protect the Ni from oxidation,thereby effectively improving the thermal expansion property of the adhesive.The adhesive can withstand a high temperature of 1000°C,its strength is 17.6 MPa,and the strength reaches the highest 30.1 MPa at 700°C.The strength maintained above 15.2 MPa in the whole temperature range.In the high temperature test under Air atmosphere,the strength can maintained above 10.5 MPa below 900°C.After heat treatment in Ar atmosphere,the strength of the adhesive is mainly derived from the formation of Ni-Si intermetallic compounds,Ni-Al intermetallic compounds and SiC.The adhesive can withstand temperatures up to 900°C and its strength is higher than 10.2 MPa in the whole temperature range.
