Natural gas plays an increasingly important role in the domestic energy structure because it is clean and efficient.In order to improve the efficiency of the natural gas industry and ensure national energy security,realizing the localization of major equipment has become an urgent need of energy industry in china.The localization of the 30 MW gas turbine driven compressor unit has entered the industrial test stage.This paper systematically introduces the progress of the localization application of the 30 MW gas turbine driven compressor unit,and establishes the evaluation index and method for the industrial test of the unit.An empirical study was conducted on the domestically produced unit in Zhangzhou Compressor Station and the results show that the domestic 30 MW gas turbine driven compressor unit can meet the specified performance.This paper also proposes improvement suggestions for the unit test after calculating the test uncertainty.Considering that the temperature of flue gas of the combustion driven compressor unit is about 400?,a composite Organic Rankine cycle system is designed in order to improve the energy efficiency of the compressor station and reduce heat pollution,and its detailed thermodynamic analysis is carried out.In order to maximize the output work,13 kinds of working fluids are selected,and the optimal operating condition parameters of the system are determined.The result shows that toluene exhibits good thermodynamic performance for a heat source of about 400? with a known flow rate;for a cold source of about 35?,if the heat absorbed by the working medium from the heat source is constant,R141 b exhibits better performance;for a cold source of about 35?,if the heat source temperature is below 300?,acetone shows better thermodynamic performance.The three working fluids are selected as the system working fluid,and the system thermal efficiency and enthalpy efficiency are up to 20.26% and 42.68%,respectively.The net output power is increased by 23.33% compared to the single net cycle.Finally,this paper proposes an improved scheme for the designed system by analyzing the exergy loss of each component of the system.
