In this paper,the design,preparation,valence state control and application of bionic reductase based on carbon black?CB?,metal organic framework?MOFs?and variable-value metal materials were studied,focusing on the preparation of bionic reductase of variable-value metal and carbon nanomaterials and its application in oxygen and hydrogen peroxide reduction.The following three aspects of work have been carried out:?1?Preparation of CoPx-doped carbon nanomaterials and application in oxygen reductionBlack phosphene quantum dots?BPQDs?are rich in defective and highly chemically active sites,which provide the possibility of marginal selective coordination/reduction of Co2+.CoPx-ZIF material was prepared by doping a small amount of cobalt phosphate?CoPx?into ZIF-67 by this method.Then the CoPx/ZIF-67 were heat-treated under 800?,the CoPx doped porous carbon composite material?CoPx-NPC?can be prepared,and it maintain the diamond dodecahedron structure of the ZIF-67.CoPx-NPC exhibits initial potential?0.06 V vs.SCE?,limiting current density(-4.703 mA cm-2),stability and reaction kinetics of the ORR catalyzed by the enhanced material,as the mass transfer and electron transfer of the microcopx doped material are enhanced.?2?Preparation of CoOx-doped carbon nanomaterials and application in oxygen reductionCo@NCQDs was prepared based on coordination between nitrogen doped quantum dots and Co2+,and was loaded on carbon black material.After further heat treatment,a CoOx-NC material was obtained.CoOx-NC has positive Eonset?0.048 V vs.SCE?and half wave potential E1/2?0.123 V vs.SCE?as well as high tolerance and reactivity because CoOx doping can increase the electrical conductivity of catalytic active centers and materials.?3?Construct bionic reductase of H2O2 based on the Cu???/Cu???controllable regulationThe preparation of a Cu-ZIF load of black carbon nano material?Cu-ZIF/CB?,through heat treatment in air,regulating the Cu???/Cu???values.Due to the presence of CuO and Cu2O in catalyst materials,the catalyst can continuously change the copper price state in the catalytic process,thus accelerating the catalytic reaction and enhancing the response current value.Finally,it was applied to the electrochemical detection of H2O2.
