Zhuang medicine is an herbal medicine with local ethnic characteristics, and its heavy metal pollution problem cannot be ignored. In this paper, the contents of heavy metals Cd and Zn in Zhuang medicines(Ezhu and Shanzhima)were determined. The traditional decoction method was simulated, and study the effects of different single factor conditions on the concentrations of Cd and Zn in water decoction of Ezhu and Shanzhima, and using orthogonalization experiments to optimize the boiling conditions. The decoction of Ezhu and Shanzhima was prepared by optimized boiling conditions. The decoction and water decoction were treated by centrifugation, filtration, resin separation and solvent extraction to obtain decoction and decoction of Ezhu and Shanzhima. The slag contains fractions of different forms of heavy metals, and the content of heavy metals in different forms is determined. The methods of centrifugation, filtration, resin separation and solvent extraction were used to obtain fractions of different states of heavy metals in the water decoctions and the residues of Ezhu and Shanzhima. The contents of heavy metals in different states were determined.A non-carcinogenic assessment based on Hazard Quotient(HQ)was chosen to assess the health risks of heavy metal Cd in Ezhu and Shanzhima. The main experimental results are as follows:(1)The content of Cd in Ezhu and Shanzhima exceeded the limit specified in the Green Industry Standard for Foreign Trade of Medicinal Plants and Preparations(WM/T 2-2004),which exceeded the standard by 4.8 times and 17.7 times respectively. The risk of heavy metal pollution cannot be ignored.(2)The decoction conditions of Ezhu optimized by orthogonal experiment are: pH value of decoction is 5.0,concentration of citric acid in decoction is 125 mg/L,ratio of Ezhu to water is 1:10(g/mL),boiling time is 60 min.The decoction conditions of Shanzhima optimized by orthogonal experiment were as follows: the pH value of the decoction was 5.0,the concentration of the citric acid in the decoction was 125 mg/L,and the ratio of the Shanzhima was 1:15(g/mL),the time is 90 min.The pH of the decoction had the greatest influence on the concentration of Cd and Zn in the decoction of Ezhu and Shanzhima.(3)The ratio of Cd and Zn in the Ezhu and Shanzhima seeds transferred to the decoction state of the decoction is different. The content of soluble Cd and Zn in Radix Decoction was 24.00% and 64.96% of the total amount of Cd and Zn in Ezhu, respectively. The content of soluble Cd and Zn in Sesame Decoction was 4.99% of the total. And 13.57%.The Zn in the sputum is more easily transferred to the soluble state(64.96%)and the soluble inorganic state(58.54%),which has a higher risk of contamination.(4)Considering the different forms and availability of heavy metals, the health risk assessment of heavy metals Cd in Ezhu and Shanzhima was carried out.The results showed that the HQ values of Cd in Ezhu and Shanzhima were all far < 1,and there was no health risk.
