With the continuous development of large modern mines,the potential accidents caused by the instability of the ventilation system often occur.To ensure the safety,efficiency and economic operation of mine ventilation system,work perfectly and reasonably,it is imperative to optimize and transform the ventilation system regularly.In order to solve a series of ventilation problems in the process of mining replacement.In this paper,through the study of related theory and technology,a set of modern ventilation system optimization and transformation system is constructed,which includes general survey of ventilation system,analysis of the current situation of ventilation system and transformation.The system is based on the ventilation control system of the ventilation decision support system,the optimization of the optimization scheme and the analysis of the ventilation system after the transformation as a whole,which can be used to guide the adjustment and optimization of the mine ventilation system.Based on the typical multi-fan combined operation mine Zhaozhuang Mine,this paper conducted a series of studies on the optimization and adjustment of the ventilation system of similar mines.Based on the fan test,resistance test and system survey in Zhaozhuang coal mine.Ventilation decision support system solution analysis model has been constructed in this paper.Current situation has been analyzed of mine ventilation system,such as fan energy consumption analysis,air volume supply and demand analysis,resistance distribution analysis,effective air volume rate,multi-fan combined operation,etc.;Main wind path over-capacity has been predicted by wind turbine operation angle and working point;System optimization feasibility has been verified;According to the regional matching theory of extreme value flow,26 kinds of optimization schemes are proposed initially for Zhaozhuang mine ventilation system;Qualitative analysis determined four alternative schemes for scheme simulation,and the optimal combination weight-weighted TOPSIS method is used to quantify the optimal ventilation system optimization and transformation plan determined in the quantitative analysis perspective;The effectiveness of the transformation work was verified by systematically analyzing the modified Zhaozhuang mine ventilation system.The research content of this paper has achieved good results in the optimization of the ventilation system in zhaozhuang mine.It has a certain general applicability for solving similar problems of the ventilation system,and provides a new idea for the management of mine ventilation management.This paper has 22 figures,18 tables and 61 references...
