In this dissertation,chemiluminescence functionalized nanomaterials?CF-NMs?and chemiluminescence functionalized silica nanomaterials,as well as its applications were reviewed.Chemiluminescence functionalized silica nanomaterials have both of chemiluminescence characteristics and good bio-compatibility,large specific surface area and silica nanomaterials size effect.Therefore its synthesis and analytical application has received more and more attention.The CL effciencies of the previous synthesized chemiluminescence functionalized silica nanomaterials are limited and great challenges remains for the determination of trace substance.The aim of this dissertation is to explore the synthesis of chemiluminescence functionalized nanomaterials with high CL activity.Luminol/Hemin/silica,Luminol/Ag/silica nanomaterials and GO-ABEI-Hemin with excellent CL properties were successfully synthesized.The main results are as follows:1 Luminol/Hemin/Silica nanoparticles?Lu/He/SiO2?were firstly synthesized using a typical water-in-oil?W/O?microemulsion method.Luminol/Hemin/Silica NPs were further characterized by FT-IR,EDS,TEM,SEM and AAS.The electrochemiluminescence?ECL?behavior of Luminol/Hemin/Silica NPs and Luminol/Silica NPs was investigated under cyclic voltammetry and pulse potential.It was found that Luminol/Hemin/Silica NPs and Luminol/Silica NPs exhibited excellent ECL activity.On this basis,a label free ECL DNA biosensor was developed.The assay allows detection at levels as low as 0.05 nM of the target DNA.The intensity of ECL was linearly related to the concentration of the target DNA in the range of 1.0×10-101.0×10-6mol/L.2 Luminol/Ag/SiO2 NPs were synthesized using St?ber method.Luminol/Ag/SiO2 NPs were further characterized by FT-IR,UV,TEM and the electrochemiluminescence?ECL?behavior of Luminol/Ag/SiO2 NPs was investigated under cyclic voltammetry and pulse potential.An ECL sensor for the determination of isoniazid was developed based on Luminol/Ag/SiO2 NPs modified electrode.Under the optimum experimental conditions,the sensor responded lineared to isoniazid concentration in the range of 2.0×10-8-2.0×10-6g/mL.The detection limit was1.2.×10-8g/mL.3 GO-ABEI-Hemin hybrids were synthesized using the method of literature has been reported.In alkaline medium,dopamine inhibits chemiluminescence of H2O2/ABEI-Hemin-GNs system.Therefore,a CL method for the determination of dopamine was developed based on the GO-ABEI-Hemin hybrids.The linear range of the method for the determination of dopamine is 1.0×10-75.0×10-5mol/L.The detection limit was 3.0×10-8g/mL.
