Proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)is widely used in the field of transportation and power generation in recent years.Because of its high energy conversion efficiency,abundant fuel sources and no environmental pollution,it is used to deal with the current social problems of fossil energy shortage and environmental pollution.In the practical application of PEMFC,it has great significance to study different sensitive factors and their effects on system performance for the optimization of output performance of PEMFC.Based on this purpose,this paper mainly carries out the following research work:First,starting from the basic working principle of PEMFC,the system structure of PEMFC is discussed in detail.In order to analyze the influence of different sensitive factors on the output characteristics,a test platform of PEMFC output characteristics is designed and built.With the help of the test platform,the test and analysis of the factors affecting the output characteristics of PEMFC are carried out from multiple perspectives.Second,taking the vehicle fuel cell system as an example,the output characteristic modeling of PEMFC stack is carried out from two aspects of steady state and dynamic state,and the simulation and comparative verification experiments are carried out around the established output characteristic model to demonstrate the accuracy and reliability of the output characteristic model established in this paper.Third,aiming at the actual demand of fuel cell system output performance optimization,the modeling work of fuel cell accessory system and the integrated modeling work of output characteristics are carried out.Forth,based on the heat balance demand of fuel cell system in practical application scenario,the demand analysis and design process of temperature control strategy is completed.According to the above temperature control strategy,the simulation experiment of control effect is carried out,and the effectiveness of the temperature control strategy designed in this paper is demonstrated.At the end of this paper,the research contents are summarized,and the shortcomings of this paper are pointed out.In addition,the prospect of commercialization of PEMFC is expected.
