Because benzothiazole derivatives have good fluorescent properties,they are widely used in the design and synthesis of fluorescent probes.In this paper,2-?2?-hydroxyphenyl?benzothiazole is used as the precursor.several fluorescent probes with ESIPT,AIE performance and mitochondrial targeting were designed.The recognition properties of these probes were investigated.The main research result are as follows:1.Study on fluorescent probes of benzothiazole derivatives based on ESIPT mechanismThree fluorescent probes HBT-Pd0,HBT-Pd2+and HBT-ONOO-,were designed and synthesized.The probes HBT-Pd0 and HBT-Pd2+have shown highly selective recognition,strong anti-interference ability,and near-infrared fluorescence emission(lem?690 nm)for Pd0 and Pd2+in THF/H2O?4/6,v/v,PBS 20 mM,pH=8.6?solution.The detection limits are1.45×10-66 M and 1.23×10-88 M.HBT-ONOO-has the characteristics of fast response?about 2 s?and high sensitivity for ONOO-in THF/H2O?7/3,v/v,PBS 20 mM,pH=8.9?,the detection limit is 1.15×10-77 M.2.Study on fluorescent probe of benzothiazole derivatives based on AIE mechanismA fluorescent probe BTPPA was designed and synthesized.BTPPA has a high selectivity for Cu2+recognition in DMF/H2O?1:9,v/v?solution,and generated in situ BTPPA-Cu2+selectively recognizes PPi.BTPPA and BTPPA-Cu2+have good recoveries for the detection of Cu2+and PPi in real samples.through comparison with control compounds,the binding mode of BTPPA and Cu2+and the recognition mechanism of PPi by BTPPA-Cu2+were discussed.3.Study on fluorescent probe of benzothiazole derivative based on mitochondrial targetingA fluorescent probe HBTPS was designed and synthesized for the detection of pH and HSO3-.HBTPS has a fast response to pH detection under THF/H2O?2/8,v/v,PBS 20 mM?,high selectivity for HSO3-recognition at pH=7.0,and the detection limit is 9.832×10-77 M,HBTPS has a good effect on pH detection in fish freshness and cell imaging experiments,and has good cell mitochondrial targeting function.The probe can also be used for the detection of HSO3-in sugar and biscuit.
