The normal treat method for civil sludge are Landfills,compost,incineration and pyrolysis,pyrolysis has bright prospect in this industry.It is characteristic of resource,harmlessness,shrinkage and reduce the risk of secondary pollution,these are very important for protect environment and finish the change of utilization.This paper collect civil sludges from three sewage treatment works in Changsha: Wanglei,Leifeng river and Xiaohe.The process is pyrolysis separately and mixture with husk respectively(A1,A2,A3,B1,B2,and B3),pyrolysis product was be study to analyze the component through FTIR,XRD ? SEM and BET.Add the product-biochar to soil which explored from campus of Hunan Agriculture University.The destination is to inspect the influence of different proportions sludge biochar for saturated hydraulic conductivity(SHC)and infiltration rate(IR).The results as follow:(1)The specific surface area of three biochar is 17.68,27.64,and 29.13 ?/g.When put them to soil in 2%,3%,4%,5% and 6%,the SHC decreases apparently.When the quantity of A1,A2 is 6%,the SHC is 0.631cm/min,0.467 cm/min respectively;(2)Mixture the same weight of sludge and husk,the specific surface area of biochar increased to 55 ?/g,the SHC of B1 lower than A1.Compared A2 with B2,when the input quantity is 2%,3%,and 4% the decline level of SHC for A2 more than B2,the results on the contrary when the input quantity is 5% and 6%.The whole trend of B3 lower than A3;(3)The study of physicochemical property for sludge biochar such as specific surface area,aperture size and oxygen function group presented that aperture size is the main factor,the change rule of aperture size as same as saturated hydraulic conductivity.This result shows that aperture size may different even in the same specific surface area,maybe it is the reason influence SHC.The soil always show low SHC if the aperture size less than 50?m,this mechanism can explain biochar improve the storage pore and residual porosity,which will decrease the SHC.(4)It is a geometric function between saturated hydraulic conductivity and infiltration rate,so the influence of specific surface area,aperture size and oxygen function group is same.
