With the improvement of living standards,people's requirements for home decoration are higher and higher.As an essential part of home decoration,screen window cannot meet people's needs because of single color and no pattern.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to develop a kind of thermochromic window screens with various patterns and colors that can change according to the change of temperature.In this paper,we choose the screen printing technology to make the thermochromic window screens.Firstly,we choose the materials to make the thermochromic window screens window.Nine kinds of thermochromic microcapsules were selected by comparing the color development of thermochromic microcapsules,which have good color development effect and can be used alone.By comparing the printing quality,the water-based polyurethane adhesive suitable for screen window printing was selected,the bottom color(white)of screen window was determined,the printing style non-closed mesh was determined,and the 100 mesh screen plate with better printing quality was selected.This subject then studied the production technology of thermochromic window screens,and obtained the best production technology of 80% adhesive dosage,6% thickener dosage,80? drying temperature,6 min drying time and 7% thermochromic microcapsule.At the same time,the printing quality and thermochromic property of each type of thermochromic window screens under the optimum process conditions were tested.It was found that the K / s value of 9 kinds of thermochromic window screens printing patterns was higher than 0.4,which had a better color development effect.The dry and wet rubbing color fastness of 9 kinds of thermochromic window screens is better,all above grade 4,but the color fastness to sunlight is only grade 1,which is very poor.The fading or discoloration of thermal discoloration screen window is not transient when it reaches a certain temperature critical point,but a process of gradual change of color.The discoloration temperature range of two kinds of thermochromic window screens with 26? discoloration type is 24-28 ?;the discoloration temperature range of four kinds of thermochromic window screens with 32 ? discoloration type is 30-33 ?;the discoloration temperature range of three kinds of thermochromic window screens with 28?discoloration type is 26-30?.After repeated discoloration for 30 times for all types of thermochromic window screens,there is no significant difference between the saturation S or hue H and the previous ones,which has good reversibility of thermochromic discoloration.The high temperature response ability of thermochromic microcapsules is stronger than that of low temperature.Through the design of printing pattern,three types of thermal color changing window screens with good color changing effect,namely,achromatic pattern,color changing pattern and color changing pattern first and then achromatic pattern,were obtained.In order to improve the sun resistance of thermochromic window screens,the influence of UV absorbers and light stabilizers on the sun resistance and printing quality of thermochromic window screens was studied.UV absorbers can greatly improve the sun resistance of thermochromic window screens.When the amount of UV absorbers is 6%,the color difference between the non-exposed thermochromic window screens and after 20 and 40 hours exposure is only 5.51 and 6.08,which is significantly improved compared with 23.84 and 25.09 of the thermochromic window screens without UV absorbent.The synergistic effect of light stabilizers and UV absorbers can enhance the effect of UV absorbers on the improvement of the sun resistance of thermochromic window screens.Only 2% of light stabilizers and 4% of UV absorbers can reduce the color difference between the non-exposed thermochromic window screens and after 20 and 40 hours exposure from 10.37 and 12.38 to 6.49 and 6.73.UV absorbers and light stabilizers have little effect on the dry and wet rubbing color fastness of thermochromic window screens,but can affect the color of printing patterns.
