With the rapid development of the economy and fast-paced urbanization process,the scale of the city continues to expand,the city periphery of the old industrial buildings(districts)slowly become a prime location in the city.Due to the acceleration of urbanization,urban construction land is becoming increasingly scarce,at the same time,foreign old industrial buildings to transform the wind and clouds,people began to focus on the transformation of old industrial buildings in the urban central region of China.Before that,the focus of the old industrial transformation research in the literature is mostly on the transformation design strategy,reuse and so on,the research on the safety management in the process of reconstruction and construction is not many,and in order to perfect the transformation of the old industrial buildings,it is necessary to fill the gap in the research related to the construction safety management of the transformation process.Taking the process of reconstruction and construction safety management of old industrial buildingsas the research object,combined with the domestic economic development,the present situation of building renewal,sustainable development and economic environment,this paper discusses whether it is necessary to carry out the related research on the transformation of old industrial buildings.The various data obtained from the investigation and research are unified,archived and analyzed,and the preparation of the safety Management Index system of the old industrial building reconstruction and construction is done well under the premise of referring to the relevant safety specification documents.Through the solid nationwide investigation work,the influence factors of the safety management of the old industrial buildingreconstruction and construction are identified in a more based manner.This paper determines the variables and feedback loops of the safety management system of the old industrial Building reconstruction,establishes the system dynamics causality diagram,and then uses this model to analyze and reveal the causality between the various influencing factors,and constructs the stock flow diagram of the safety management system.Then,the improvement path related to the safety management level of the old industrial Building reconstruction construction is designed.Through the comparison and selection of adjustable variables of each path,the optimal path scheme is found out,and some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the results,so as to improve the safety management level of the old industrial building reconstruction and construction.This study has the theoretical innovation significance of system dynamics and sustainable development,and at the same time has the practical guiding significance of improving and perfecting the safety management level of old industrial building reconstruction and construction.
