With the rapid development of science and technology and social life,new challenges are presented to today's analysis and testing technology.Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy is a core technology used for the analysis of material composition and element.Due to its fast detection speed,the sample does not require complex pretreatment and micro-loss,which opens a convenient window for material composition analysis.Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy is a spectral detection technique capable of performing non-destructive or micro-destructive,fast,in-situ,simultaneous analysis of multiple elements,and long-distance testing of solid,liquid and gaseous multi-state substances.Based on these advantages,laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy is widely used in the fields of environmental monitoring,industry,antique detection,agriculture and food chemistry,and geological exploration of alien planets.However,laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy has disadvantages such as low detection sensitivity,high detection limit,and poor repeatability of analysis results.Therefore,how to make full use of the advantages of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy and improve the detection level of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy Become a research hotspot.Many research groups use the double-pulse method to make up for the short-shot sensitivity and poor repeatability of the single-pulse laser-induced breakdown spectrum.However,adding a laser on the basis of a single pulse is costly and the equipment is complicated.In recent years,with the continuous development of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy,laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy has been combined with other technologies to take advantage of various technologies and expand the application of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy in the detection of trace and trace elements.Become a new trend.Atmospheric pressure glow discharge,a direct current glow discharge at atmospheric pressure,inert gas is excited in an electric field to generate a plasma.Atmospheric pressure glow discharge has the advantages of not being affected by atmospheric environmental fluctuations,stable discharge for a long time,and low power consumption.If atmospheric pressure glow discharge can be applied to the laser-induced breakdown spectrum,the laser and atmospheric pressure glow discharge can simultaneously excite the sample,improve the detection signal of the sample,thereby improving the detection sensitivity,and have a certain detection of laser-induced breakdown spectrum.research value.This article first builds an atmospheric pressure glow discharge device.After trying a variety of methods,the laser induced breakdown spectrometer is used in conjunction with the atmospheric pressure glow discharge device.A sample chamber is designed to make the laser and atmospheric pressure glow discharge act on the sample at the same time.Solved the problem of atmospheric pressure glow discharge device placement in commercial laser induced breakdown spectrometer.Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy is the generation of plasma on the sample by laser action.Atmospheric pressure glow discharge and the light generated by the laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy test sample can enter the laser-induced breakdown spectrometer's own spectrometer and middle-step grating.The elements in the sample are analyzed.The laser of the laser-induced breakdown spectrum passes through the sample cavity and acts vertically on the sample.The light level of the atmospheric pressure glow discharge acts on the sample,and the laser-induced breakdown spectrum and the atmospheric pressure glow discharge simultaneously excite the sample.Based on the detection and analysis of laser-induced breakdown spectrometer,it has the disadvantages of low sensitivity and poor repeatability,stable long-term discharge of atmospheric pressure glow discharge,and low power consumption.This article focuses on the detection of laser-induced breakdown spectrometer when applied to elemental analysis.The problem of low sensitivity and poor stability reduces the detection limit of the corresponding element in the detected sample.
