China is an important breeding country.In recent years,with the development and expansion of breeding scale,the problem of air pollution caused by it has become increasingly serious,especially the pollution caused by ammonia.Ammonia is a typical toxic pollutant and one of the main reasons for the formation of PM2.5 and smog.It is urgent to develop a cheap and efficient ammonia gas treatment technology for livestock farms.This paper studies the treatment of ammonia in livestock farms by adsorption method.Manganese dioxide has strong oxidizing properties and can adsorb reducing gas ammonia.The price is low and the source is abundant,which meets the requirements of green,efficient and flexible ammonia adsorption material in the farm.In this paper,manganese dioxide material is selected as an adsorbent to adsorb ammonia from livestock farms.Four different manganese dioxide materials were prepared as adsorbents by using two different methods(ice template method and hydrothermal method),that is,single layer dioxide Manganese nanosheets,manganese dioxide aerogels,ultra-thin manganese dioxide nanosheets,monolithic manganese dioxide.Their formation process was monitored by ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy,their morphology and structure were analyzed by scanning electron microscope,atomic force microscope,and X-ray diffraction,and their synthesis mechanism was discussed.On this basis,the adsorption effects of four kinds of manganese dioxide adsorbent on ammonia gas released by pig manure and chicken manure on livestock farms were compared,and the effect of manganese dioxide prepared by different methods on ammonia gas adsorption performance was discussed.The effects of temperature,humidity and the amount of adsorbent on the adsorption of ammonia gas by manganese dioxide aerogel during the adsorption process were also studied.Ammonia adsorption materials lay the foundation to contribute to the reduction of ammonia emissions,purification of the atmosphere and reduction of smog in the control of atmospheric pollution.
