XL Oilfield properties are poor,Gum,asphaltene and wax content is high,Oil well block is seriously.At present,the main way to add anti-wax and hot wax cleaning wax,however,these measures can not completely solve the problem of paraffin depositio,but also a great impact on the normal production of oilfields.Based on the analysis of the current situation of waxing in XL oilfields,a method of applying ultrasonic anti-wax is proposed,and a set of ultrasonic anti-wax evaluation device is designed.The temperature difference between the crude oil and the cooling water in the installation is very large.The temperature of the oil flow pipe is lower than the temperature of the crude oil,basically in line with the actual situation.The wax will be continuously precipitated in the pipeline due to the decrease of crude oil temperature.After the experiment,the paraffin in the pipeline was removed and its volume measured.The total volume of paraffin collected in each experimental tube was used as an experimental object to analyze the effect of ultrasonic anti-wax.The experiment also studied the influence of flow rate,temperature difference and ultrasonic treatment parameters on wax deposition.Studies have shown that some oil wells in the XL field are heavily waxy and can be ultrasonically treated to prevent wax.Ultrasonic wax prevention mechanism is the ultrasonic thermal effects,mechanical effects and cavitation effects.These effects can be combined on the role of crude oil molecules in the wax,to prevent paraffin crystallization,accumulation and deposition in the tubing,to inhibit the paraffin effect.Ultrasonic anti-wax effect and ultrasonic treatment parameters,in this experimental conditions,the proposed frequency is 68 kHz,the treatment of large power better.In the implementation of the site,in order to enhance the role ofcavitation ultrasonic can inflatable wells to improve the effect of ultrasonic anti-wax,and is conducive to wellbore fluid lift...
