Studying of the motion law for the fixed valve, valve flow coefficient, valve overcutting resistance of fluid and other factors, laws of well slope angle as well as the other coefficients which affect the pump efficiency are revealed. The study is of great significance to improve the optimal design of rod pumping system in inclined shaft. The research of this paper analyses the law for inclined well rod pump system structural parameters(such as the angle of the well, the structure of the fixed valve, the swabbing parameter)and fluid properties parameters.Such parameters influence the laws of sucker pump working performance, and fixed valve fluid motion. The results provide a theoretical basis for analyzing laws of pumping fluid in rod pump with inclined shaft. In this paper, through the combination of experiments and numerical simulation of fluid dynamics software FLUENT,the motion laws of fixed valve with inclined rod pump, dynamic filling degree of pump and reasonable sinking degree are studied. In addition, according to the needs of research on lifting optimization of the rod pump in an inclined shaft for ultra-high water cut period,a set of experimental device system capable of simulating the valve hole resistance of a rod pump with inclined shaft was designed.Through the grading adjustment of the angle in the pump and the flow rate of the valve, the relationship between the flow rate of the fluid passing valve and the pressure drop of the fluid passing through the valve under different working conditions is measured and analyzed. Therefore the relationship between the Reynolds number and the valve drag coefficient is obtained. Results show that when the tilt angle increases, the flow area of the fluid correspondingly increases, and the local resistance loss of the fluid through the fixed valve increases.Utilizing FLUENT help visualize the fluid intake law of the rod pump in the inclined well, which results indicate the fluid valve resistance increases with the increase of the tilt angle.
