With the depletion of land oil and gas resources,the contradiction between supply and demand of energy is increasingly prominent.Efficient and stable oil and gas supply is the core issue of energy security in China.In order to alleviate the bottleneck of economic development caused by energy shortage,China gradually attaches great importance to the exploitation and utilization of offshore oil and gas resources.The drilling and production hoes for offshore oil and gas is an important equipment in offshore oil & gas exploration and development process.Due to harsh working condition,the failure probability is extremely high,Given this,it is necessary to conduct research on its safe operation condition,as a way to ensure the drilling and production run smoothly,and avoid major economic losses and environmental pollution caused by pipeline failure.This paper takes the drilling and production hoes for offshore oil and gas as the research object.Based on the safety production technology project of the State Administration of Work Safety,“The Research on the Integrity Management Technology of Drilling and Production Hose for Offshore Oil and Gas ”(No.: 2013CXA06074).the main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)Failure analysis of drilling and production hoes for offshore oil and gasFirst,the drilling and production hoes was classified reasonably by investigating domestic and international flexible pipeline database and design standard specifications.Then combined with the characteristics of the flexible pipe,the failure in stages was analyzed,including investigating the failure loads of each stage,and determining the corresponding failure types.Based on the pressure bearing structure of flexible pipelines,the interval analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight of each failure load for the analysis of corresponding major failure causes and types.Finally,the evaluation index system of failure causes for drilling and production hoes was established,which could provide guidance for failure evaluation of drilling and production hoes.(2)Structure pressure-bearing capacity and parameter sensitivity analysisAccording to the special structure characteristics of the drilling flexible pipe line,the finite element simulation model of the Bonded flexible pipeline was established,and the pressure-bearing performance of the pipeline structure was analyzed in view of the internal pressure failure load.Then the main structural parameters influencing the pressure performance of the pipeline were determined through the derivation of the pressure design formula.After that,the major structural parameters and the interactions between them were discussed and the sensitivity of each factor was analyzed by the interactive orthogonal experiment.According to the principle of independent parameters,related pressure analysis of major parameters was carried out to illustrate the key structure parameters affecting the pressure-bearing capacity of the structure,which is the significant premise for follow-up design and detection.(3)Study on pipeline defects detection and defect applicability evaluationThe metal magnetic memory method was adopted to detect the steel wire layer defects of flexible pipeline.Then by mutual validation,with the comparison of the COMSOL Magnetostatic simulation model of flexible pipeline,the feasibility of detection and the reliability of the results could be improved.The magnetic memory detection of different layers of steel wire defects was carried out to study the characteristics of magnetic signals.In addition,the characteristics of detection signals of the same layer but different fracture range as well as their relations were studied.Finally,the applicability evaluation model of structural defects was proposed to test the pressure-bearing capacity of the pipeline with defects andand determine liner relations between internal pressure and the quantity of fractured steel wire.(4)Development of integrity management system of drilling and production hoesFirst,the framework for the integrity management technology of the drilling and production hoes was constructed,and the software structure framework and workflow of the integrity management system were established.Then,the digital integrity management software of drilling and production hoes was developed,which contains failure database and realize the function of failure database,failure cause evaluation,pipeline pressure-bearing design and calculation,structural parameters optimazation,structure parameters sensitivity analysis,fitness-for-service assessment of defects.
