In the coming decades,China's energy consumption will be dominated by coal resources,and the mode of primary energy production and consumption will remain basically unchanged,the technology of roadway excavation and roadway retention along the void provides strong support for the realization of fine mining and fine harvesting of coal resources.The application of narrow coal pillar along goaf roadway technology can realize the rational utilization of coal resources,improve the recovery rate,and reduce the difficulty of mining face,however,due to the narrow coal pillar along goaf roadway surrounding rock in the plastic zone and broken zone,thus narrow the reasonable size of coal pillar and the roadway support is key to the success or failure of the left lane.This paper takes the 2203 working face of shengtai qingwa coal industry of shanxi jinmei group as the research background,and tunneling 2203 tape into the wind chute as the roadway along the void to mine the coal resources scientifically,the main research contents are as follows:(1)In the region of the pre-production sample,the sample for processing,testing lab for mechanics parameters,provide data support for numerical simulation,by means of roadway driving along goaf caving mining structure features and destruction rules of surrounding rock,the key block B calculation model is set up,the analysis of the effect of fracture line position of surrounding rock of roadway roof,for along goaf roadway provides the theory basis for design of narrow coal pillar width,calculated by theory of narrow coal pillar size range,on the basis of theoretical research on numerical simulation of small coal pillar stability analysis during excavation and stoping along goaf roadway surrounding rock stress and deformation law,determine reasonable narrow coal pillar size is 5 m,based on the analysis of stope stress space cloud map,the overlaying effect of roadway surrounding rock stress is obvious in the range of 20 m leading working face,so it is necessary to carry out advanced support within this range.(2)According to the anchor rod(rope)under the action of anchoring agent and component form similar to the stress distribution of tapered,analysis of the anchor rod(rope)group in la,double formed under the action of compressive stress field of surrounding rock of roadway have the effect of bearing,in determining the transverse plane,based on the stability of the anchor spacing on the adjacent section of roadway is on its way to contact and interaction relationship is analyzed,guarantee the stabilityof surrounding rock of roadway,determine the reasonable support parameters.(3)The site monitoring was carried out during the tunneling period along the roadway,by analyzing the displacement of roadway surrounding rock and the stress of bolt(cable)during the tunneling period,the bolt(cable)can realize effective bearing capacity,ensure the stability of roadway surrounding rock,and the overall deformation of roadway is small,which can meet the actual safety production requirements.There are 72 figures,11 tables and 85 references in this paper.
