With the development of science and technology,steel mills have put forward higher requirements for the safety inspection of ladle lifting.The current ladle lifting method is to ensure the double hooks of the crane to hook the two trunnions of the ladle at the same time through the visual command of the ground personnel and the visual confirmation of the crane driver.The ladle trunnion resulted in the overturning of the ladle.Due to the large amount of dust and smoke in the smelting site,the visibility is low,and the distance between the ground staff and the crane driver is far from the ladle,so the traditional method of hoisting the ladle is difficult to ensure that the double hooks of the crane simultaneously catch the two trunnions of the ladle.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a "steel ladle hoisting monitoring system" that can detect the status of crane double hooks and ladle trunnion hooks in time and accurately.Based on the measurement principles of accelerometers,gyroscopes and magnetometers,this article designs and builds a monitoring system for steel plant ladle lifting based on accelerometer,gyroscope and magnetometer measurement principles.First,by choosing a reasonable attitude detection method,MEMS attitude detection sensor,Internet of Things transmission sensor,single chip microcomputer,etc.,the design cost of the system is effectively reduced,and the reliability and stability of the system are improved.Secondly,according to the measurement requirements of the steel plant ladle hoisting monitoring system,the mechanical structure of the hardware circuit,the posture detection host and the posture detection slave machine are designed,and the AD detection and wireless data of the power supply of the crane hook posture detection and posture detection are realized The transmission and other functions achieve the purpose of accurately measuring the spatial attitude information of the crane hook and the attitude detection host and attitude detection from A(B)without cable connection communication.Finally,the upper computer program of the detection system was written based on LabVIEW software,which realized the functions of data acquisition,data processing and real-time display of hook space posture.In order to check whether the performance of the “steel ladle hoisting monitoring system” meets the design requirements,a static experiment and a system synchronization experiment of on-site ladle hoisting were carried out.The experimental results show that:(1)Under the condition that the indoor temperature is 25 ° C and the sampling frequency is 8 Hz,the drift speeds of the attitude detection slave A and attitude detection slave B are 0.021 ° / h and 0.077 ° / h,respectively.Less than 0.1 ° / h meets the design requirements of the system.(2)According to the field experiment in the foundry workshop of Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.,the communication status of the system in the workshop is good,and the two attitude detection slaves have high synchronization.The system can effectively detect whether the dual hooks hook the two trunnions of the ladle at the same time through the posture information of the dual hooks collected from the machine by two posture detection.
