With the proposal of the national 2025 intelligent manufacturing, the development of the market has also accelerated the pace of progress. The development structure of most enterprises has been continuously upgraded, which has caused the competition between enterprises in the same industry to continue to expand. The existing production line layout has a decisive influence on the production and competitiveness of the enterprise, which is particularly prominent in the machinery manufacturing industry. This article takes the slab storage workshop of the steelmaking process of a steel continuous casting-hot rolling workshop as the actual research background.By absorbing the research of existing workers, based on a large number of research literatures, relying on the actual production situation The main purpose of the research is to ensure the integrated production of slabs, improve the slab storage operations, and thus improve production efficiency and increase the competitiveness of enterprises. In the continuous casting-hot rolling process, the slab library located in the middle of the process is an important part of the buffer continuous casting and hot rolling process. The main role of the slab library is to provide hot rolled raw materials for hot rolling and continuous casting machine.Store the slabs before processing qualified slabs before takeout. In order to meet the needs of a wide variety of customer orders, the types and number of slabs in the warehouse are very large,so that the stacking of slabs in the slab warehouse is very messy, and the slabs produced by the crane are not timely The crane is transported to the slab warehouse, which will cause accumulation on the slab roller table, making the production efficiency of the company low. Therefore,it is necessary to schedule the slabs reasonably, periodically reallocate the stacking positions of the slabs in the slab warehouse, use the space of the slab warehouse reasonably, improve the utilization rate of the stacking position, and the reasonable crane scheduling can improve the slabs. The efficiency of slab in-and-out storage reduces the overhead operation of overhead cranes and the conflicts between adjacent overhead cranes, improves the regularity of slab warehouses, plans the slab storage process, and reduces the slab stacking operations. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the scheduling problem of cranes in the slab warehouse to improve the operation efficiency of the crane and the planning of the slab warehouse to increase the capacity of the slab warehouse.Focusing on the management of the slab in and out of the slab warehouse, this article mainly completes the following work:(1)Plan the space of the storage area according to the next operation of the slab in the storage area and the source of the slab to increase the capacity of the storage area and solve the messy state of the slab storage.(2)Plan and manage the slab warehouse, realize the primary management of the stacking position management in the slab warehouse, and then carry out the regional management of the slab warehouse. When the slab warehouse is managed, the slab storage optimization model and the slab transportation optimization model are established.(3)Introduce the genetic algorithm algorithm, and propose an improvement plan for the shortcomings of the classic genetic algorithm.(4)Plan the storage operation of the slab storage area in the hot rolling-continuous casting process, and when the safety constraints of the adjacent crown cranes are met, consider the constraints of space and time to establish a slab storage crane Scheduling model to minimize the storage time of slab to determine the working crane used. The improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the scheduling model.
