In order to improve the efficacy of drugs, global pharmaceutical preparations are developing in a highly efficient direction. The multi-drug delivery system has drug accumulation and synergistic effects, which can significantly improve the patient's survival rate and quality of life, which is one of the new directions of drug development.Surfactants and drug molecules interact to form a multi-drug system, which can protect the drug molecules, change the stability and permeability of the drug, and even give the drug new functions, such as targeting and slow-release functions. Therefore, when surfactants are used as drug carriers, different interactions have an important influence on the performance of the system. In this paper, ammonium gemini surfactants?CL?and carbamoyl ester gemini surfactants?GHCC?are mixed with ibuprofen sodium salt?IBF?respectively to prepare mixed micelle solutions?LIB and GIB?with different molar ratios to study the intermolecular interactions.Proved by physical parameters such as the molar ratio of molecules in mixed micelles?X1?,the molar ratio of molecules in mixed micelles in ideal conditions(Xid),intermolecular interaction parameters??m?,and molecular activity coefficients in micelles??1,?2?,there is a strong interaction between the surfactant?CL or GHCC?and the IBF molecule.Using DLS and TEM to study the shape and size of LIB,it was observed that there are obvious differences in shape and size under different molar ratios.Zeta potential was used to study the stability of LIB.When?IBF was in the range of 0.1-0.7,the solution was in a relatively stable state.Secondly,DOX is encapsulated in LIB to prepare a multi-drug delivery system. The encapsulation and drug release experiments prove that the encapsulation rate of DOX can be as high as 68.21%.Compared with the single release in PBS solution?pH=7.4?for 72 hours, the DOX release in CL micelles was about 62.5%,while in LIB(0.1?CL+0.9?IBF)mixed DOX release decreased by 16.08%.The MCF-7 cell line was studied in vitro, and the study showed that CL,IBF and LIB had little effect on cell viability, indicating that it had good biocompatibility.LIB+DOX aggregates enhance the absorption of DOX by MCF-7 cells, which indicates its ability to eliminate the huge anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer potential after tumor elimination.
