With the rapid development of China's economy,the motor vehicle industry has developed rapidly,and the number of possessions has increased significantly.As the number of motor vehicles continues to rise,the exhaust emissions have become the"culprit"of air pollution.The pollutants in the exhaust of motor vehicles mainly include nitrogen oxides,carbon monoxide,hydrocarbons and particulate matter,and among them,nitrogen oxides account for the largest proportion,mainly emitted through diesel vehicles,accounting for 70%of the total automobile exhaust,giving the people's health Great harm.With the continuous concern of the society about the problem of environmental pollution,the country is also continuously formulating corresponding emission standards to control the emission of motor vehicle exhaust,which provides an important basis for guiding automobile manufacturers,ecological environment authorities and relevant inspection and testing institutions.According to the requirements of the latest GB3847-2018"Diesel Vehicle Pollutant Emission Limits and Measurement Methods?Free Acceleration Method and Load Deceleration Method?",the nitrogen oxide content in the exhaust gas of diesel vehicles needs to use a nitrogen oxide analyzer.Detection equipment to detect,and put forward the technical requirements for the nitrogen oxide analyzer that uses a reformer to convert NO2 in the exhaust gas to NO,the conversion efficiency of the reformer should not be less than 90%,and more importantly,the conversion efficiency The indicators are regularly checked.Therefore,accurate calculation of the conversion efficiency of the converter is very important for improving the atmospheric environment.In this paper,combined with the actual situation in the measurement work,combined with the meaning of the error in the measurement work and the working principle of the nitrogen oxide analyzer itself,the two errors of nitrogen dioxide conversion and nitric oxide detection during the detection process of the nitrogen oxide analyzer are defined This concept,through the analysis of these two variables,puts forward a first-order dynamic model of the conversion efficiency of the nitrogen oxide analyzer conversion furnace.As a comparison,using the nitrogen oxide analyzer's own conversion efficiency detection program,its embedded calculation model is compared with the first-order model proposed in this paper for goodness of fit.Experimental results show that the first-order model can fit the conversion efficiency value more accurately.On the basis of the first-order calculation model of the conversion efficiency of the nitrogen oxide analyzer,the conversion efficiency of the analyzer is detected using an ozone generator in a standard experimental environment,and the idea of stepwise regression is used to propose a second-order conversion efficiency Calculation model.The experimental results show that the second-order model can accurately fit the conversion efficiency,and it has a better fit than the first-order model and the embedded model of the analyzer.
