The safe operation of printing machinery equipment is related to the healthy development of the industry economy.Mastering the operation status of parts can not only avoid the major failure of equipment,but also predict the service life of equipment.Traditional sensors can not efficiently and accurately monitor the damage evolution of gears and other parts.Based on the present situation,the piezoelectric coating smart sensor on the non-working surface of parts can monitor the damage evolution of parts in real time.Piezoelectric layer and surface electrode have influence on the application of piezoelectric sensor.The surface electrode is required to have high conductivity,and the piezoelectric material has high impedance and high dielectric constant.In order to obtain a better electrode preparation method,silver electrode and gold electrode were prepared on BaTiO3 coating surface by screen printing and sputtering.The microstructure and phase of the electrode were characterized by SEM and XRD under different process,material and sintering temperature.The electrical properties of electrode and coating were characterized by four-probe method and impedance analyzer.A better electrode preparation process was optimized and a piezoelectric signal monitoring platform was built to realize the transmission and visualization of piezoelectric signals.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)as the sintering temperature increases,the surface porosity of the electrode prepared by screen printing decreases,the density increases,the crystallinity of the electrode increases,and the conductivity of the electrode increases.High temperature sintering °850 C electrode conductivity is best,but the dielectric constant of the lowest coating.After sintering at medium and high temperature,the electrode conductivity is higher than 300kS/cm,and the coating impedance and dielectric constant are similar.(2)the crystallinity of the electrode prepared by sputtering electrode increases with the increase of sintering temperature.The conductivity of the unsintered sputtering electrode was was the most superior,ranging from 80 to 120kS/cm.The permittivity and impedance of unsintered are higher than that of sintered.(3)compared with the ion sputtering process,the electrode prepared by the screen printing process has better conductivity,higher impedance and dielectric constant of the sintered coating,and good uniformity.Silk screen printing preparation of silver electrode and in the medium temperature 550? after sintering,the electrodes and the coating has good electrical properties.Related research provides a certain reference value for the development of piezoelectric damage monitoring sensor coatings for gears and other parts,which is of great significance.
