Lidocaine is a local anesthetic commonly used in clinical treatment in China.It has the advantages of fast action,wide dispersion,long duration and stable properties.It is suitable for different anesthesia methods and can also be used to treat various heart diseases and ventricular arrhythmias.Poisoning and other diseases caused by digitalis.However,any drug itself has certain toxicity.Excessive lidocaine can cause different degrees of damage to nerves,cardiovascular and respiratory functions.In recent years,accidents caused by excessive use of anesthetics during surgery have occurred,and local anesthetics have also been used.Cases of robbery,suicide,etc.Therefore,in the medical and daily life,the content of local anesthetics in the body needs to be tested,which can provide a qualitative basis for solving medical accidents and illegal crime cases.In this paper,the unique physical and chemical properties of gold nanoparticles and CdTe quantum dots are used to establish a fluorescent“turn-off/on”sensor for the detection of lidocaine,and the detection mechanism is discussed.The specific work is as follows:1.A“turn-off/on”fluorescence sensor based on fluorescence resonance energy transfer?FRET?between gold nanoparticles and tartrazine was proposed.It was observed by FRET that the fluorescence of tartrazine turned-off in the presence of gold nanoparticles.After adding lidocaine,the fluorescence of tartrazine will gradually turn-on,because lidocaine can aggregate gold nanoparticles and inhibit the FRET process.Under the optimal conditions,the fluorescence recovery efficiency is directly proportional to the lidocaine concentration.The detection limit of lidocaine is3.87×10-2?g/mL.In actual sample detection,the recovery rate is 101%-110%.This method has the advantages of fast,simple,low cost and high sensitivity,which makes it promising for rapid detection of lidocaine residue.2.A“turn-off/on”fluorescent probe based on the action of CdTe quantum dots and tartrazine was proposed to detect lidocaine.In this paper,410 nm is selected as the optimal excitation wavelength and the optimal emission wavelength is 630 nm.With the introduction of tartrazine,the fluorescence intensity of CdTe quantum dots gradually turns off,and then adding lidocaine to the CdTe quantum dots and tartrazine system can turn the fluorescence on.Based on these phenomena,a quantitative probe for the detection of tartrazine and lidocaine was established.The degree of fluorescence quenching of CdTe quantum dots has a linear relationship with the concentration of tartrazine in the range of 0.1-50?M,and the detection limit is 23nmol/L,which can be used to determine tartrazine in actual beverages.In terms of lidocaine detection,it has a wide linear range with a detection limit of 0.06?M.This method has the advantages of fast,simple,low cost,high sensitivity,etc.,and can be applied to the rapid detection of lidocaine residues.
