Triazole fungicides are a class of widely used fungicides, whose mechanism of action is to inhibit the formation of fungal cell walls. In addition, triazole fungicides also have certain plant growth regulating effects. Therefore, since the introduction of triazolones by Bayer in 1973,fenbuconazole have been developed rapidly, with a high speed and a large number, accounting for half of the market.Fenbuconazole is one of many triazole fungicides. The current researches on fenbuconazole are mainly focused on the synthesis, detection methods and residues in fruits and vegetables, but little research on the toxicity of aquatic organisms. In this paper, the wild AB-type zebrafish embryos were used as research objects. The effects of fenbuconazole on the development of zebrafish embryos, the oxidative stress effect of fenbuconazole on zebrafish embryos, and the damage of mitochondria to zebrafish embryos were studied. The results of this experiment expanded the toxicological data of nitrile benzole, provided scientific reference for evaluating the toxic effect of nitrile benzole and the risk to aquatic organisms, and had theoretical and practical significance. The results of this paper are as follows:The effects of fenbuconazole on the mortality, hatchability and deformity of zebrafish embryos were used as indicators to evaluate their toxicity to zebrafish embryos. It was found that the fenbuconazole solution of each concentration group had no significant effect on the mortality and hatchability of zebrafish embryos, but the exposure of 200 and 500 ng/L fenbuconazole would induce zebrafish embryos to deform, mainly as spinal cord bending.Zebrafish embryos exposed to fenbuconazole for 96 h can induce zebrafish embryos to produce different degrees of oxidative stress effect.500 ng/L fenbuconazole solution has the greatest oxidative stress effect on zebrafish embryos. The content of antioxidant enzymes SOD and CAT in the embryos was significantly reduced, the first line of defense of the antioxidant system was destroyed, resulting in the accumulation of ROS in the embryos, the body was oxidatively damaged, and the content of the intermediate product of lipid peroxidation MDA increased significantly.Further aggravating the negative impact on zebrafish embryos.Examination of the activity of the mitochondrial respiratory chain complex product IV in the exposed zebrafish embryos revealed that fenbuconazole has a certain inhibitory effect on complexes II and III,and has a promoting effect on ATP content. In general, fenbuconazole has an effect on zebrafish embryos Mitochondrial toxicity is low,and it has no significant effect on the mitochondrial respiratory chain in zebrafish embryos. In summary, fenbuconazole has a negative effect on the growth and development of zebrafish embryos. With developmental toxicity, zebrafish embryos can be induced to develop malformations, while with oxidative toxicity, oxidative stress effect, but the damage to mitochondrial respiratory chain is relatively low.
