Recent years,as China's economic growth slowing down,constrained by increasing energy structure adjustment and optimization,as well as ecological environment protection and other factors,the needs for coal has been declining.In this un-advantageous coal market,coal enterprises want to seek development and gain economic benefits,the best way is to reduce production costs by saving energy and reducing consumption.In actual production,the belt conveyor machine often causes many problems due to keeping a high operating speed such as increased mechanical loss of equipment,waste a large amount of electricity as to affect the competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,the main transportation system of Huangyuchuan coal mine is the research object,and aimed at problems of low wellness of automation,poor communicating between equipments,low information sharing and traditional style of high energy cost from the original control system,carry out an optimization to the main belt transportation system,based on machine vision.Designed a set of energy-saving speed control system and an intelligent management platform of main transportation system.In this paper,first briefly introduces the belt conveyor's internal structure.By analyzing belt conveyor's mechanics,obtain the force situation in the operating process,in which studied the energy consumption relationship,then analyzed the related energy-saving performance of the belt conveyor,which provides a theoretical basis for improving the operating efficiency of the conveyor.Secondly,combined with the actual operation of the belt conveyor in Huangyuchuan coal mine,at the same time using intelligent machine visual analysis equipment combined with the existing system carry out an optimized design of its control system,making an intelligent,multi-functional,all-weather,dynamic safety,intelligent closed-loop energy saving electrical system.The optimized system is of energy-saving speed adjusted and protecting from conveyor tear(tear protection)and stuff build-up(coal pile protection)by intelligent detection,realized while automatic speed adjusting of the belt conveyor eliminating all kinds of safety accidents in the bud,achieving energy saving and consumption reduction,promoting efficiency by less people.Finally,designed the intelligent control system management platform for the existing operating conditions of Huangyuchuan coal mine,which mainly includes two parts of the energy-saving speed control system and the main transportation intelligent management platform.The management system integrates multiple related sub-information systems of the main transportation system,integrates the data,and realizes the intelligent management of the complex production system.Unified accessing data with comprehensive protection sensors of the platform,intelligent analysis camera and other sources,performing depth-combining of multi-subsystem data,improve the efficiency of data using,truly achieved integration and intelligence.By the actual use of Huangyuchuan coal mine,energy-saving effect is obvious,economic benefits are good,meeting the design requirements.
