TA1 titanium alloy sheet is light in weight,corrosion-resistant,and has good mechanical properties.In addition to being widely used in aerospace,medical and other traditional fields,TA1 titanium alloy sheet also involves high-end cabinets in recent years,such as bacteriostatic sinks and baby bowls.At room temperature,the plastic deformation range of TA1 titanium alloy sheet is limited,and deep drawing is very difficult.Reasonable combination of process parameters can effectively solve this problem.Titanium alloy sheet thickness is not more than 1 mm,the drawing depth is large,and the strength of titanium alloy cross-section material is limited,so the deformation degree is limited,it is easy to appear wrinkling and cracking process defects.Based on ABAQUS,the orthogonal experiment of numerical simulation was carried out to study the deep drawing process of TA1 titanium alloy sheet and the influence of technological parameters on the deep drawing process of titanium alloy,so as to provide help for the actual production of enterprises.Firstly,based on single tensile test at room temperature,specimens with different angles from rolling direction were selected to carry out tensile tests at room temperature at different strain rates.The effects of sampling direction and strain rate on stress-strain relationship and mechanical parameters of TA1 titanium alloy sheet were studied.Yield strength__s,strength limit__b,elongation_and anisotropy index were measured to provide data base for numerical simulation.Foundation.Secondly,in order to study the deformation law of TA1 titanium alloy sheet deep drawing,the drawing process of TA1 titanium alloy sheet was simulated by ABAQUS on the basis of unidirectional tensile test data at room temperature.The orthogonal test of three factors and three levels was designed.The simulation results under different conditions were discussed based on whether wrinkle or fracture occurred.The influence of three factors of edge force on the quality of deep drawing parts.Finally,on the basis of the orthogonal test,the depth analysis of the technological defects of the rupture is emphasized,and the main factors causing the deep drawing rupture are explored.Through numerical simulation to optimize the process parameters,find the optimal combination of process parameters,and select the optimized process parameters,carry out the deep drawing experiment of TA1 titanium alloy sheet,and compare with the simulation results,verify the reliability of the optimization results.
