In this paper,the dynamic mechanical properties of aluminum alloy layered composites were studied based on the application of aluminum alloy layered composites in the field of lightweight armor materials.Based on the impact engineering of the 7A52/7055 aluminum alloy layered composite target test,the 7A52/7055 aluminum alloy layered composites were subjected to quasi-static compression experiments and impact compression tests under different temperature and strain rates.The stress-strain constitutive model of 7A52/7055 aluminum alloy layered composites was established,and the macroscopic morphology,microstructure and adiabatic shear band of the samples were observed by scanning electron microscopy.The main conclusions are as follows:When the strain rate is in the range of 10003000s-1,the 7A52/7055 aluminum alloy layered composite has higher sensitivity at high strain rate,and its flow stress increases with the increase of strain rate.The flow stress of the material under high temperature is not obvious.The energy absorption effect of 7A52/7055 aluminum alloy layer composite is especially obvious at 350?,and the energy absorption effect is best when the layer thickness ratio is 1:2.The Johnson-Cook model fitted by fitting can better predict the flow stress of the aluminum alloy layered composite in the experiment based on MATLAB curve.The thermal fracture scanning electron microscope and other equipment were used to analyze the micro-features of fracture morphology,internal crack and microstructure after7A52/7055 aluminum alloy layered composites.The evolution of microstructure and crack under impact load were found.Characteristics such as initiation,expansion and distribution,especially the microstructure and damage characteristics near the laminated interface.The dynamic mechanical behavior and damage characteristics of 7A52/7055 layered composites with different layer thickness ratio structures of the two alloys under the same experimental conditions were also studied.The dynamic mechanical properties and dynamic damage of the two alloys under different layer structures were summarized.The influence law,crack formation and expansion law of the constitutive model.
