In recent years,the environments are getting worse by the affection of haze and other environmental problems.The emission of nitrogen pollutant is more and more strict in the most countries,and the requirement of organic nitrogen compounds content in oils is lower and lower.Therefore,The removal of organic nitrogen compounds from oil products has attracted many researchers.Among those reported denitrification methods,the ionic liquids extraction denitrification process,which has many merits such as simple operation,no pollution,and mild reaction conditions and so on,becomes the research focus of oils denitrification in recent years.Based on the magnetic performance and other advantages of Fe3O4,this paper synthesized ten kinds of functionalized magnetic imidazole ionic liquids for denitrification with high efficiency,easy recovery and repeated use.The main research contents and conclusions of this thesis are listed as follows:1.Three novel magnetic poly?ionic liquids?,[Fe3O4@SiO2@PILs]-X?X=HSO4,BF4,PF6?,were synthesized by free radical polymerization of 3-acetic acid-1-vinylimidazolium bromide with vinyl-modified magnetic nanospheres,which was followed by anion exchange process.The structure and physical properties of synthesized magnetic nanoparticles were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,SEM,TEM,VSM,TGA,and their denitrification performances of quinoline from the simulated oil were investigated,which revealed that[Fe3O4@SiO2@PILs]-HSO4 exhibited the best removal performance for quinoline.The effects of denitrification factors such as reaction time,temperature,the mass ratio of[Fe3O4@SiO2@PILs]-HSO4/oil,and denitrification time were discussed,and the optimum denitrification conditions were obtained.The removal rate of quinoline from the simulated oil achieved 84.0%of efficiency when the ratio of reagent to oil was 1:15 with10 min of the reaction time at room temperature,and the denitrification efficiency was not obviously reduced after five cycles,wherein the denitrification efficiency of[Fe3O4@SiO2@PILs]-HSO4 for gasoline was obtained to be around 61.0%.2.Seven kinds of functionalized magnetic ionic liquids[Fe3O4@SiO2@IM-Y]-HSO4?Y=?CH2?3SO3H,CH2COOH,C?O?CH3,CH3,CH2CH3,?CH2?2CH3,?CH2?3CH3?were synthesized by using different functionalized imidazole ionic liquids as monomers and magnetic Fe3O4 as carriers by the presence of silane coupling agent.It was found that the functionalized magnetic ionic liquids has good magnetic response and thermal stability by characterization.At the same time,the effects of[Fe3O4@SiO2@IM-Y]-HSO4 on the denitrification efficiency of simulated oil under different reaction time,temperature,mass ratio of functionalized magnetic ionic liquid to simulated oil and recycle time were discussed.The result suggested that these seven kinds of functionalized magnetic ionic liquids have high denitrification efficiency for simulated oils.The effects of reaction temperature,the mass ratio of magnetic ionic liquid to simulated oil on the denitrification efficiency were greater,while the effect of reaction time on the denitrification efficiency were smaller.Moreover,the denitrification efficiency of functionalized magnetic ionic liquids decreased little after repeated use for 5 times.The optimum dentrification condition was achieved under the mass ratio of magnetic ionic liquid to oil of 1:15,the reaction temperature of25?C,and the reaction time of 20 min,where the denitrification efficiency of[Fe3O4@SiO2@IM-Y]-HSO4 could reach more than 80.5%.In addition,the denitrification efficiency of real gasoline under this condition:The denitrification efficiency of[Fe3O4@SiO2@IM-Y]-HSO4?Y=?CH2?3SO3H,CH2COOH,C?O?CH3?was all higher than 60.0%,while[Fe3O4@SiO2@IM-Y]-HSO4?Y=CH3,CH2CH3,?CH2?2CH3,?CH2?3CH3?was around58.2%.Meanwhile,it was found that the functionalized magnetic ionic liquids had a certain effect on the efficiency of denitrification.Among them,the magnetic ionic liquids containing acidic functional group was beneficial to the denitrification of oil products,while the alkylation magnetic ionic liquids had little effect on the denitrification efficiency.
