Study On The Mining Technology Of Fully Mechanized Caving In The Eastern Plate Area Of The Liu TA Coal Mine

The extra thick coal seam in the eastern part of the RTA coal mine is characterized by unstable thickness,large hardness and short natural ignition period.Due to the constraints of coal mining ratio and top coal caving property,the traditional thick seam mining technology has certain limitations in this type of coal seam.In this paper,the fully mechanized top coal caving mining technology in the eastern part of the RTA mine is studied.(1)the method of dividing the boundary of the panel area and calculating the reserves and determining the design capacity and service life of the panel are determined.(2)the layout of the tunnel and the production system are determined,including the layout of the panel area,the layout of the production system in the panel area,the driving method of various laneways in the panel area and the design method of the main chamber of the panel area.(3)the method of coal mining in the panel area is determined,including the coal mining technology,the calculation of the basic parameters of the working face,the analysis of the recovery rate of the fully mechanized face,the degree of mechanization,the selection of the mining technology and equipment,the working organization of the working face and the calculation of the working cycle chart,and the layout of the roadway.(4)the layout method and equipment selection method of the disk transportation system are determined,including the layout method of the disk transportation system,the transportation equipment of the panel area and the selection method of thetransportation equipment in the big lane.(5)the ventilation and safety technology of the panel area,including the selection of the ventilation mode of the panel area,the ventilation design of the panel area,the formulation of the safety technical measures and the safety analysis of the fully mechanized caving mining in the eastern plate area,have been established.The study of fully mechanized caving method in the eastern plate area of the Liuta coal mine has a practical guiding significance for the rational exploitation of the thick coal seam and the maximum coal recovery rate in the Shendong mining area,and can contribute to the development direction and the technical strategic reserve of the Shenhua Group in this area.
