In order to improve the production efficiency of mining enterprises and ensure the safe operation of mechanical equipment,a problem of the rotary crusher based on multisource heterogeneous information fusion is proposed for the problem of large structure,complex operation mechanism and strong fault correlation.The intelligent diagnosis method is of great significance for perfecting the mechanical fault diagnosis method and realizing the intelligent management of the mine.Firstly,through the literature reading and field research,the basic principle and failure mechanism of the mine crusher are studied,and the fault type and the cause of the fault are analyzed.The multi-sensor technology is used to acquire the original signal of the mine crusher operation,and the wavelet denoising signal is used.Pre-processing,using wavelet packet energy analysis method to extract the data features that can effectively characterize the faults in the original signal of the crusher operation.Secondly,learn the basic theory of support vector machine,mainly choose SVM kernel function,multi-classification method and parameters.The posterior probability output is used to optimize the algorithm.Then,the information fusion method is studied,and the fault diagnosis model of mine crusher based on the combination of SVM and DS evidence theory is proposed.Finally,the introduction of the rotary crusher used in an actual mine and its working environment will be based on multiple sources.The intelligent fault diagnosis method for the crusher fault of heterogeneous information fusion is applied in the fault diagnosis of the mine gyratory crusher.In the fault diagnosis application of mine gyratory crusher,the fault diagnosis method based on multi-source heterogeneous information fusion is 18.65% more accurate than the fault diagnosis based on homogenous information,which means that the method can effectively diagnose the mine.The type of failure of the crusher can better ensure the safe and reliable operation of the mine crusher,reduce its maintenance and personnel costs,improve the equipment management capability of the enterprise,prevent accidents,and realize real-time dynamic monitoring of mechanical equipment such as mine crushers.Control,thereby improving the production efficiency of mining enterprises.In order to improve the production efficiency of mining enterprises and ensure the safe operation of mechanical equipment,in view of the huge structure,complex operation mechanism and strong fault correlation of the rotary crusher,based on the acquisition of multi-source heterogeneous data by sensor system,A fault diagnosis method for crusher fault based on multi-source heterogeneous information fusion.
