Gao 30 reservoir is featured by low-saturated,high viscosity and high temperature.The flooding of main production layer continues to intensify,and the well conditions continue to deteriorate.It is found that the conventional management measures can not meet the development needs.In view of the reservoir characteristics and development characteristics of Gao 30 reservior,the heat-resitant polymer flooding is considered putting into usage in controling the water producing so as to enhance the oil recovery of the reservoir.Due to the limitations of conventional polymer properties,it is difficult to apply chemical drives to Gao 30 reservoir of which the reservoir temperature is 113°C high.In this study,a new type of high temperature resistant polymer GL-100 was synthesized under the appropriate reaction conditions by copolymerizing various functional monomers with AM after determining the polymerization method and initiating system.In experiments,the mixture of SW and HS were injected into the core to test and anlyze the underground rheological and resistivity(RF)and residual resistance coefficient(RRF).The experimental results show that the polymer GL-100 exhibits good injection performance under the experimental conditions.The evaluation results show that the properties of polymer GL-100 can meet the requirements of application in Gao 30 reservoir.After designing the production process,improving the production process and optimizing the production parameters,the new polymer GL-100 industrial production formula is prepared,achieving the goal of GL-100 industrial production.The results of the experimental study on the high temperature polymer flooding have provided the parameters for the numerical simulation of the reservoir and provided the experience of the chemical injection system study in polymer flooding applied in the high temperature reservoir.
