Development And Application On Integrated Unit Of A New Flash Gas Separation For Gas Gathering Station

Changqing District(District self)in Sulige gas field produced water is increasing year by year,in order to further improve the conditions of liquid emptying ability to adapt to the water flash and,developed for the large amount of liquid water and venting flash new integrated device solution function,improve the reliability and stability of field operation.Combination of Changqing Oilfield was implemented in the "Five" as the core management mode,with the development of the national economy,the implementation of new laws and regulations,more strict requirements of environmental protection,land acquisition more difficult,in order to adapt to the new requirement of the construction of research to carry out the integration of skid mounted equipment.The development of the gas gathering unit,select trap pipe and runs the appropriate reliable and convenient maintenance,separation,flash tank air separation functions,and all kinds of pipe fittings,process equipment,pressure vessels,instrument intelligent control system,electrical equipment,integrated and combined into a skid.The gas collector is manufactured,tested in the field and evaluated on-site to determine if the design requirements have been met.Through field test and evaluation,showed that the flash separation device with double tube flash traditional liquid separation tank,the separation effect is better,can happen to a greater extent to reduce the "rain of fire" phenomenon,and optimize the process,reduce the area,shorten the construction period.
