Profile control and water plugging is a important technology to improve oil recovery.Polymer gel is used as a plugging agent.Therefore,developing low cost gel is of great significance for increasing production.Choosing HPAM as polymer,taking gelation time,gel strength,stability and gel cost as indexes,we have developed a series of phenolic gel formulas in different conditions,which is 60?-90? and 6739mg/L-41530mg/L.The extent of syneresis of a phenolic gel,in which nanoparticle as the stabilizer,is only 2.2% after 300 days and can be applied to low salinity reservoir(6739 mg/L)at 60?,and the cost of gelatin formula is about 67 yuan / ton.Moreover,the extent of syneresis of a phenolic gel,in which nanoparticle as the stabilizer,is less than 9.8% after 100 days and can be applied to high salinity reservoir(42530 mg/L)at 90?,and the cost of gelatin formula is about 112 yuan / ton.The strengthening effects of nanoparticles on the properties of gel were investigated The results indicate that the nanoparticle reinforced phenolic gel has strong plugging efficiency and excellent ability to tolerate water flush at 60? and 6739mg/L.It is found that the plugging efficiency of the gel systems is larger than 90% after injecting 10 PV water.And the nanoparticle reinforced phenolic gel solution was cutted at 2000r/min after 1min in Waring Blender high-speed agitator,and the extent of syneresisthe only is 16.5% after 100 days.The effects of temperature,salinity and additives on the properties of organic chromium gel were investigated.The results indicate that with the increase of temperature or salinity,the gelation time of organic chromium gel decreases;0.03wt% organic phosphonate salt can make the gel time of organic chromium gel extend from 4.2h to 10.6h at 80? and 20045mg/L,and the extent of syneresis decreases from 37.6% to 4.5% after 60 days,and the formula is about 62 yuan / ton under the condition.In addition,the effects of temperature,salinity and additives on the properties of amino resin gel were investigated.The results indicate that with the increase of temperature,the gelation time of amino resin gel decreases;with the increase of salinity,the gelation time of amino resin gel increases;0.1wt% nanoparticle and 0.01wt% middle molecular weight phenol can decrease the extent of syneresisthe from 32.8% to 7.3% after 60 days at 80? and 20045mg/L,and the formula is about 118 yuan/ton under the condition.
