Traditional rubber oil contains a large number of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, which has obvious carcinogenicity, teratogenicity and mutagenicity, and it is a threat to the ecological environment and human health. The 2005/69/EC decree of European Union clearly defines the mass percentage of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PCA)and eight kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in rubber oil for tire processing.Since the implementation of this directive, manufacturing enterprises of rubber oil have paid more attention to the research of environment-friendly rubber oil,and expedited commercial process. On the basis of the research results of the project group, the third or fourth extracted oil of vacuum device which produced by Lanzhou Oil Refinery, has been used to produce environment-friendly rubber oil by Extraction technology of double solvents in the experiment. In order to get the connection between different process conditions and main physical and chemical properties of rubber oil,we will study process conditions, which contain the type and input quantity of auxiliary solvent, extraction temperature, the input quantity ratio between solvent and extracted oil,and the input quantity ratio between auxiliary solvent and solvent. The main contents of this research are as follows: some small-scale experiments will have been carried out on the basis of the third or fourth extracted oil of vacuum device which produced by Lanzhou Oil Refinery as raw oil, furfural as solvent, solvent C or D as auxiliary solvent.Next, the effects of different technological conditions on the main properties of rubber oil which produced by small-scale experiments will be analyzed. Finally, the pilot-scale experiments of countercurrent extraction will be carried out under the appropriate technological conditions.Experimental research shows that some small-scale or pilot-scale experiments will have been carried out on the basis of the third extracted oil of vacuum device which produced by Lanzhou Oil Refinery as raw oil, furfural as solvent,D as auxiliary solvent. That is more conducive to produce environment-friendly rubber oil with high yield and better properties under appropriate technological conditions. The rubber oil is produced by a small-scale experiment, its properties are as follows: the yield of rubber oil is 64.39%,the rate of aromatic carbon is 21.8%,the mass percentage of PAHs is 2.82%.On the other hand, the properties of the rubber oil, which is produced by a pilot-scale experiment, are as follows: the yield of rubber oil is 60.15%,the rate of aromatic carbon is 19 %,the mass percentage of PCA is 2.43 %.Some small-scale or pilot-scale experiments will have been carried out on the basis of the fourth extracted oil of vacuum device which produced by Lanzhou Oil Refinery as raw oil, furfural as solvent, solvent C as auxiliary solvent. That is more conducive to produce environment-friendly rubber oil with high yield and better properties under appropriate technological conditions. The rubber oil is produced by a small-scale experiment, its properties are as follows: the yield of rubber oil is 60.20%,the rate of aromatic carbon is 23.0%,the mass percentage of PAHs is 2.93%.On the other hand, the properties of the rubber oil is produced by a pilot-scale experiment, are as follows: the yield of rubber oil is 54.88%,the rate of aromatic carbon is 22.50%,the mass percentage of PAHs is 2.76%.The Guangzhou branch of SGS test the mass percentage of eight kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)above these rubber oil, which shows that this technic can produce environment-friendly rubber products that comply with 2005/69/EC decree of European Union.
