It is easy to operate,low cost,high efficiency and so on,which can restrain the CO2corrosion in petroleum and natural gas industry by using corrosion inhibitor technology.Along with the people environmental protection consciousness enhancement,the new development tendencies of volatile corrosion inhibitor for green,efficient and the discussion of the mechanism is particularly important,therefore on X80 steel in NACE solution atmosphere simulation research of CO2 corrosion.For pipeline steel anticorrosion technology better in excellent new high efficiency gas phase corrosion inhibitor,in this paper,through the quick experiment through nitrogen heterocyclic organic compounds on the corrosion inhibition of X80 steel in NACE solution,the extract pyrazole,3-amino pyrazole and 3-methyl pyrazole these three kinds of pyrazole types of organic matter,and then by weight-loss experiment,,polarization curve and electrochemical impedance technology,such as quantum chemistry calculation system is studied in NACE solution of this kind of environment friendly atmosphere pyrazole derivatives were the corrosion behaviour and mechanism of X80 pipeline steel.Weightlessness experiment results show that with the increase of the concentration of corrosion inhibitor,corrosion inhibitor corrosion inhibition efficiency increased gradually,in adding concentration for 2×10-2 mol/L can achieve higher corrosion effect,with the increase of experimental temperature,corrosion inhibitor 3-amino pyrazole corrosion efficiency decreases,pyrazole corrosion inhibition efficiency increased gradually,the corrosion efficiency of 3-methyl pyrazole first increases then decreases.3-amino pyrazole corrosion inhibition efficiency can reach 88.78%,pyrazole corrosion inhibition efficiency can reach 92.06%,3-methyl pyrazole corrosion inhibition efficiency can reach 85.06%,in line with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm adsorption behavior,the electrochemical results show that the target inhibitor is anode inhibition of mixed corrosion inhibitor,quantum chemistry calculation shows that this type of corrosion inhibitors have multiple active adsorption center and focused primarily on N atom,heterocyclic double bond C atoms and substituents on the highest occupied orbital energy(EHOMO)?the loss of electronic number??N?and dipole momentfor???increasing ability of the electronic display with the molecular parameters,such as,The corrosion efficiency increases.
