Raman spectroscopy is widely used in scientific research,especially in the identification of material components and molecular structures.Meanwhile,Raman spectroscopy detection has some advantages compared with the existing detection methods(infrared detection,microscope detection,laser detection),such as fast,simple,accurate,non-destructive and so on.With the development and progress of science and technology,especially the widely application of miniaturized portable Raman detector,Raman spectroscopy detection technology is playing an irreplaceable role in material identification and chemical composition analysis.With the development of biotechnology in recent years,Raman spectroscopy detection technology has been widely used in cell research,which produces a huge Raman spectrum,but there is no analysis system aimed at analyzing the single cell Raman spectroscopy data.In this paper,an analysis system based on B/S architecture is developed used to analyze single cell Raman spectroscopic data,and the system is mainly composed of client and server side.The client side is compatible with any browser.Function development of this system is divided into Server Web service function development and server Data Analysis Processing module development.The development of the Server Web service function includes the development of dynamic Web pages and the dynamic display of data analysis results.The development of another module including 1)the development of the Raman data acquiring function,2)the development of the Raman data analysis and processing,and 3)the download function.Because the analytical system developed aims at dealing with a large number of Raman spectra data,therefore,the server data analysis module developed the principal component analysis algorithm based on weight value and the principal coordinate analysis algorithm,particle swarm optimization support vector machine algorithm and random forest algorithm,to speed up the data analysis and processing speed,improve the accuracy of analysis,The efficient analysis and processing of the user Raman data is realized.Hypertext Markup Language(HTML),cascading style sheet(CSS)and Hypertext preprocessing language(PHP)has been used to perform the Server Web service function,and Linux operating system,Apache network server,hypertext preprocessing language(PHP)and R language have been used to develop the server data analysis and processing module.The development of Single-cell Raman data Analysis system fills the gap of biological cell Raman data analysis,and will become the innovative tool and powerful weapon for Single-cell scientific research.
