At present,there are many traditional processing methods for pipe processing in various industries,such as sawing,stamping,milling,drilling,line cutting,etc.Processing a part requires more than one machine type to proce ss,multiple positioning,clamping,labor intensity,efficiency is not high,adaptability is poor,accuracy and quality are difficult to guarantee.As a new type of pipe processing equipment,laser tube cutting replaces traditional processes such as sawing,milling,drilling,punching and wire cutting in most applications.It solves the shortcomings of traditional tube processing methods,such as low efficiency,low precision,large burr and high labor intensity,saves processing procedures and jobs,and sa ves human cost and labor intensity.Production costs.The cutting accuracy and cutting quality of the laser tube cutting machine.is mainly studied in this paper Firstly,it introduces the components and functions of the equipment system and the main machine tool of the laser tube cutting machine.Through ABAQUS finite element analysis software and Siemens vibration test instrument,the structural rigidity of the key parts of the machine tool is improved.On this basis,the P6018 D type laser tube cutting machine is developed.In the cutting test proces,It is mainly carried out for the tube materials which generally involve carbon steel,stainless steel and aluminum alloy in the cutting process,The phenomena in the testing data and cutting process are analyz ed and sorted out in detail.The Cutting accuracy?Gross-section quality?Heat-affected zone?Slag hanging on the inner wall?Workpiece deformation are all summarized.In order to meet the requirements of high precision,high quality and high efficiency of laser tube cutting machine for tube processing,these influencing factors and improvement measures of The Cutting accuracy?Gross-section quality?Heat-affected zone?Slag hanging on the inner wall?Workpiece deformation.This Paper mainly carries out and completes the following work :1)Discuss the main function mode of each part of the system integration & the main machine tool of laser tube cutting machine.2)Discuss how to improve the structural rigidity of key parts of laser tube cutting machine from the point of finite element analysis,so as to better guar antee the quality of the foundation.3)Developed P6018 D laser tube cutting machine,prepare carbon.Steel,stainless steel and aluminium alloy test tubes,Equipped with vibration tester and 3D digital microscope.The test materials?equipment and test methods are described.4)Analyse and summarize the experimental data and cutting phenomena from cutting accuracy and cutting quality.Cutting accuracy size includes four measurement indexes of workpiece length,contour size,relative po sition and hole position deviation,and get the reasons for deviation of each factor and improvement measures.Cutting quality mainly includes Gross-section quality? Heat-affected zone? Slag hanging on the inner wall?Workpiece deformation,and so on.The quality phenomena and improvement measures of these four factors are summarized & analysed...
