This article takes a company's heavy metal and organic contaminated site as the research object,and conducts site investigation based on the analysis and detection of soil samples through reasonable site selection and sampling,based on the site investigation of the contaminated site,consulting historical data,and judging the pollution.The heavy metals copper?Cu?,chromium?Cr?,lead?Pb?,nickel?Ni?,and zinc?Zn?exceeded the standards and organic pollutants and petroleum hydrocarbons exceeded the site.The pollution factors in the soil were independently analyzed and evaluated.To carry out a systematic analysis of the plant area,establish a pollutant distribution model,determine the target value and scope of soil remediation,determine the amount of restoration through 3D software,and then based on the current conditions of the contaminated site,the chemical characteristics of the pollutant,and the site development plan,it is reasonable Proposed remediation technology plan and carried out the repair work.The specific research content is described as follows:?1?Conduct a preliminary survey of the soil of the contaminated site.The total amount of soil pollution is compared with the relevant soil remediation standards,and the soil leaching concentration is compared with the Class IV limits of the"Surface Water Environmental Quality Standards."Valence chromium(Cr6+),Cu,Zn,Pb,Ni,petroleum hydrocarbons.Among them,the pollution range of Cr and petroleum hydrocarbon is the widest,and the exceeding rate of Cr6+reaches 100%.?2?A detailed survey was conducted on the contaminated site.The site was placed in a 40×40 grid with a sampling depth of 10 meters.A total of 850 samples were collected.After analysis and testing,the site soil over-standard rate is the highest Cr6+,reaching 38.59%,followed by total chromium?Cr?and petroleum hydrocarbons.The over-standard rates of Cu,Zn,Pb,and Ni are all below 5%.The pollution of Cr is heavier.The maximum excess of total chromium?Cr?is 190 times,and the average value is about 1 times higher than the standard;the maximum excess of Cr6+is 641 times,and the average value is about 12 times higher than the standard.Followed by petroleum hydrocarbons,the maximum exceeding the standard is 15times,and the average value is lower than the standard value.The over-standard rate of Cu is 1.65%,and the maximum over-standard multiple is about 7 times;the over-standard rate of Pb is 2.05%,and the maximum over-standard multiple is about12 times;the over-standard ratio of Zn,and Ni is less than 1%,and the maximum exceeds the standard.The multiples are:0.9,3.8 times.?3?The new and old electroplating workshops were sampled and collected from the wall attachments.The results show that the new and old electroplating workshops are not hazardous wastes,they are general industrial solid wastes of type II.It is also a type II general industrial solid waste.Similarly,water and groundwater were sampled from the site,and analysis showed that no pollution had occurred to surrounding rivers and groundwater.?4?According to the test results,through Autocad and arcgis software,three-dimensional simulation of the repaired earthwork and repair scope,combined with the future construction direction of the site,soil and hydrogeological conditions and site construction restrictions,soil pollution degree and construction period requirements,reasonable comparison and repair Based on the preliminary screening of heavy metal and petroleum hydrocarbon remediation technologies,the technology will comprehensively consider the optimal matching of technical reliability,engineering maneuverability and cost economy,and finally determine the in situ ectopic restoration of the contaminated soil in the plot.Dig and dilution method to repair petroleum hydrocarbon pollution in soil,and then use the stabilization/solidification technology to repair heavy metals in the soil.The finally repaired soil is buried in the field by closed barrier landfill,and finally covered with0.5 meters thick cleaning.earth.
