| Textile industry is one of the important pillar industries in China,of which the printing and dyeing industry occupies a large proportion,so the discharge of printing and dyeing wastewater can not be ignored. It is extremely difficult to degrade for the existance of large numbers of complex macromolecular colored groups. Therefore, the study focuses on the new pretreatment technology,iron-carbon micro-electrolysis,and its treatment conditions and combination process are studied in detail. It is expected to provide reference for the practical application of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment. The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through single factor analysis results analysis, the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the initial pH was 3,the reaction time was 60 min,the mass ratio of iron to carbon was 3:2,and the dosage of iron and carbon filler was 0.8L/L(2)In the operation of fluidized bed iron-carbon microelectrolysis reactor, the order of importance of each factor is as follows: iron and carbon dosage> initial pH> iron / carbon mass ratio = residence time. The optimum operating parameters are: iron and carbon dosage was 0.7L / L,initial pH was 2,iron / carbon mass ratio was 3: 2,and residence time was 50 min.(3)The effect of fluidized bed reactor on dye wastewater was better than that of fixed bed reactor. The stirring makes the filler in the reactor fluidized state, which can effectively prevent the surface of the iron to form a passivation film;the same time, the fluidization state increases the chance of contact between the reactants, increasing the reaction rate.In addition, the stirring blade stirring,to a certain extent, delayed the problem of harden.(4)The combined technology of "iron-carbon microelectrolysis + Fenton oxidation technology+ hydrolytic acidification technology + aerobic treatment technology " can effectively destroy the refractory macromolecule organic matter, significantly improving the biodegradability of water. The COD of effluent after treatment is stable at 76 mg / L,and the chromaticity is stable at about 36 times, which meets the requirements of "Dicharge standard for water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry"(GB4287-1992).The paper has a frame,a table, and a reference article... |
