As an important channel of energy transmission,oil and gas pipeline is an important lifeline to promote the economic development of our country and guarantee people's life.China has a vast territory,oil and gas pipelines often have large regional span,complex terrain and geological conditions along the pipeline,which makes the safe operation of oil and gas pipelines suffer a severe test,and the existing pipeline detection and monitoring technology is difficult to meet the needs of long-distance distributed real-time monitoring of oil and gas pipelines.Therefore,the monitoring of geological hazards along the pipeline is an extremely important and urgent problem to be solved.In view of the characteristics of geological disasters such as landslides and their effects on pipelines,a series of pipeline model tests are carried out by using new sensing technologies such as optical fiber sensing technology and coaxial cable to verify the feasibility of the new sensing technology used in the monitoring of pipeline deformation and pipe soil interaction,and the monitoring effect is evaluated The monitoring system of geological hazards along the pipeline and the pipeline has been established to monitor and evaluate the safety of the pipeline and surrounding geological bodies The main work and achievements are summarized as follows(1)This paper introduces the principle and advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of methods by investigating the existing pipeline detection and detection methods at home and abroad,summarizes the types of geological hazards along the pipeline and the deformation and damage characteristics of the pipeline,and analyzes the monitoring elements.(2)The principle and characteristics of fiber Bragg grating(FBG)technology and coaxial cable technology are introduced.(3)Based on the new sensing technology such as optical fiber sensing technology and the traditional means such as resistance strain gauge,the lateral deformation test of PVC pipe and the coordinated deformation test of pipe and soil were carried out,and the feasibility and superiority of optical fiber sensing technology in predicting the lateral deformation of pipe and the interaction between pipe and soil were demonstrated.(4)Conducted a full-size prototype test,the oil and gas pipelines is discussed the applicability of the theoretical calculation model,studies the reliability of test results from different sensors and PE coating,the effect of the result of the test results show that the simply-supported structure model can reflect the characteristics of the pipe deformation,commercial software Ansys and Abaqus,can carry on the reasonable design,installation of sensor guidance;Different fiber Bragg grating sensors can well reflect the deformation law of the pipeline,among which fiber Bragg grating single-point sensor and 0.9mm polyurethane fiber optic cable have the best performance,and the presence of coating will lead to the low measured data of the sensor,for which a certain correction coefficient should be proposed to correct the measured value.(5)This paper designs a set of geological disaster monitoring system of pipeline and its line,and applies it to practical engineering.The monitoring system can automatically monitor the deformation,temperature,displacement and other factors of the oil and gas pipeline and the surrounding geological body in real time.Through this study illustrates the effect of different kinds of sensors in the pipeline,optimization that can accurately reflect pipeline real-time status of sensors,preliminarily established the geological disaster monitoring system based on different types of sensors,geological disaster monitoring for long distance oil and gas pipelines in our country,all the way to ensure the safety of pipeline operation and area construction is of great significance...
